I'M VERY SURE THIS STORE IS MAINLY A MONEY LAUNDRING OPERATION... NOBODY IS HERE TO GIVE A DAMN...! YOU'RE GETTING CHEESE ON YOUR WHOPPER... WANT IT OR NOT...! 5 OUT OF 5 TIMES I CLEARLY ASKED FOR NO CHEESE... I GOT CHEESE...! ? DO NOT PULL OUT OF DRIVE THRU OR LEAVE WITHOUT UNWRAPPING YOUR ORDER TO CHECK IT...! THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS WHAT YOU ORDERED...! WORST BK IN DAYTON REGION...! THIS STORE CANNOT BE LAGIT....! Two years later and nothing has changed. ??

i went with my 10 year old son who has severe autism, to get our dinner. When i went in the place was dirty. The employees were rude. when we went to order the general manager asked for the name for the order, my son said wanted to say his name. so he did. the gm laughed and said “i feel sorry for you.” i thought that was a very rude comment but my son didn’t hear it. then as they were making our food i over heard the gm say to an employee “he should kill himself for that name.” now my son had picked his name and i wanted to let him express himself. i was appalled when i heard that comment. i will NEVER be coming back.
