You never know what the quality will be like at this location, which is extremely disappointing given the price point. We tend to wait a couple years then try again, and we are rarely glad we did.

3rd time ordering, asked for extra sauce and extra oregano . Pizza barely has any sauce for the 3rd time now and no oregano at all. This place is really slacking on there food lately. Will be ordering from 3 Joe's in future. Wow

Ordered a salad that was supposed to come with cheese and of course no cheese!! I called and the manager said well we can remake it or give you a credit. I said well not coming back tonight we live on other side of town in country. He said ok we will give you a $3 credit like really my salad was 8.99 I didn’t order it with no cheese. It’s not my fault you guys didn’t get my order right !!

Food tastes fake. Especially the cheese on the pizza.
Went for dinner, floors needed swept. But the worsr part is that the pepsi machine ice dispenser was full of mold. My thought is if i can see that mold what does the soda dispensers look like because they are obviously cleaning the machine properly, if at all... Major health safety issue!!!

We used to love Cassanos here in Piqua, but every time this one girl works my pizza is messed up. Tonight it was so rubbery but also looked like it wasn’t done. I called and since we threw away the pizza and didn’t drive it back (which they charge for delivery so why should a customer have to drive back!?) they gave me a $3 credit!!! This lady that works looks like she hates her job and is rude. Whenever she’s not there the pizza actually turns out good. I hate leaving bad reviews but it wasn’t our mistake. They could’ve at least gave me my $5 credit I had from ordering so much back.

It was 10 mins to close and I asked if it would have been a problem ordering that late and if they ok with me order that late. Got mix answers and was rudely asked what I wanted with an attitude. Food was ok, but service was not good besides the guy that gave me the food. A simple no would have been better that the service I got from the waitress inside from the start.
