Needs a drink refill station, Table wait staff. Unnecessary to wait 5 minutes to get a refill while 10 people are ordering food.

Cons
It's a order at the bar thing so when we needed a refill we had to wait in a long line.
The girls at the bar are working way above their pay, they are answering phones, getting drinks, taking orders, wiping tables.. they could barley focus on taking my order they where running around everywhere, they either need more staff or need to pay the girls more. .
They need waitresses
My lemonade was not good.
There are people that work there standing around right when u walk in to the right watching the girls at the bar do everything.
The nacho meat was like burnt kinda and was a 5.00 uncharged but the southwest egg rolls where amazing.
we had to park across the street to get there

This is my honest review. I would go back again but I would hope they establish a better system for ordering food and get those poor girls at the bar some help.

I don't usually write reviews but Crooked Handle made such a positive impression on me that I had to do so! We were traveling and stopped for lunch on the road - the smoked wings are amazing, the beer is great (I love the 8 oz pours so I can try more!) and the staff was super friendly.

Met a friend for dinner and neither of us had been before. We landed on trivia night and had a blast. The host was very entertaining and engaging. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Very nice place. Service rating is low because it's one of those places that expect a tip immediately when you place your order. I have not received any service and don't know the quality of items I ordered and a tip is expected? Places like this discourage me from returning unless we stop to have drink on our way to a different destination.

This place is really good highly recommended for others

Beer was pretty good, but the food was the real standout. The crab cakes are fantastic (and an absolute steal at $12 for two). I'm from Maryland, so I know crab cakes. They use fresh crab and these are obviously high quality ingredients. Would absolutely stop in again if I'm passing through.

Just had drinks. Appreciated the non-alcoholic cocktails. It's nice to have choices other than water or soda when I don't feel like having alcohol. Will probably come back to try the food.

Great food (fish and fries and a Cobb salad). I had a spiced apple beer punch which was also very good. Different kind of set up for service. You order at the Barr and they deliver. They forgot my beer but delivered it and refunded my money for it. We’ll definitely go again when in the area.
