If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ordered 2 blizzards and girl didn’t give me lids despite asking. As she handed me my 2 blizzards, both were melted to the point it was just soft serve soup. The one was overflowing so bad it’s all over my window and lock buttons and leaked all over my leg and onto my cars carpet. I went through a blue million napkins and my son’s receiving blanket trying to stop it from dripping. Completely ridiculous and the mess in my car….I am PXSSED. I will not be returning. Was a complete waste of money.

The food was amazing! The tables were a little dirty and messy but they cleaned them off shortly after I noticed. The staff was great and did an awesome job!

We got 50 worth of food the chicken was wrong and the blizzard which was supposed to be Chocolate Brownie Extreme was pretty much just vanilla, when I asked the guy about it he said I don’t know what to tell you that’s how we make them, they never taste vanilla and there was no brownies at all.

Went through a couple days ago and got a large chocolate cone. When I got to the drive thru window to pick it up it was sitting on the counter with other cones, it was starting to melt because it was in the high 80s that day. The ice cream had a funny taste to it, it didn't taste like chocolate. I wound up throwing it away after a couple bites. The last time I ate in the dining room, the fries were nasty. They were hard and cold. The burger had a burnt taste to it. Used to get their giant chili dog, but they no longer offer it. Another disappointment. I've tried in the past to reach out to management and was completely ignored.

There was a long line in the drive thru, but it moved very quick and the employees were great, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Best DQ experience ever.
