Spent three hours trying to get pizza from them tonight. First pizza was cold and never did get the remake. Manager was rude and hung up on me. Go somewhere else if you actually want to eat.

Worst experience of my life. Management was extremely rude to the poor girl working. Borderline abusive. I will not return. How could anyone be so rude and cruel to their staff and expect them to be able to do their job? I hope management fires the night manager tonight and gets actually competent and kind employees working as manager

The manager can't critism at all so quick to put people on hold and then God forbid u say a cuss word she just wants to call the cops instead of fixing what's wrong. Customer service was terrible I didn't even get what I paid for. They put me on hold for ten mins the first time and I was still on hold when I got up there and her excuse was she was the only one there like that was my fault then wouldn't even fix the order. Worse dominoes won't order again and for a manager that she was she should be fired for the crap attitude and wanting to blame customers than own up to her mistakes. I'm calling corporate to. I won't be disrespected or treated like crap cause the manager wants to be an ass.

Second time in too weeks that food was overcooked on a Philly sandwich and under cooked on lava cakes. Called and the manager just said it food goes in at same time and was rude. Said sorry and hung up. I won’t be ordering again.

2/28/2025, we placed an order online at 7:02, at 7;49,the tracker stated it was out for delivery, 8:20 the tracker stated food was back at store, called the store (seeing what the issue was and too make sure the driver hadn't had any issues), the person said they had to switch drivers cause it was a student that was gonna be over hours , 8:45 and still no order so called again , the person was very rude and said "what do you want me too do about it"(very unprofessional) 3 minutes after that call the tracker stated "order complete" , unfortunately not sure whose order was complete cause almost 2 hours later and still no food
Shout out to this place for continously getting better. Always satisfying my munchies. Shout out to the dude with the bun. Jay I think. Dude runs it. ✌️ 🚬
