The manager Joe is extremely rude, and the customer service here is awful. No one was willing to help us after the ordering service line was not able to understand us. If you’re going to order pizza, make sure you don’t go here. We ended up giving our business elsewhere after how disrespectful the manager Joe was to us.

No one but these absolute legends will deliver to my house. I live almost outside of Miami County, and even tho it's only a 12 minute drive, these guys are the only ones that care about the people on this road. Thanks, Donatos. 5 stars. Also, the food it pretty dang good. I always give a really good tip to these guys.

The food was good, but the service was slow. We ate in, but they packaged everything as if it were to go. The tables were dirty, and there weren't any napkins. We had to ask for napkins. I ordered extra sour cream, but I didn't receive it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I ordered a pizza for delivery was waiting for 45 mins when I got a call telling me they don't have any drivers and asked if I could come pick up the pizza I told them I didn't have transportation right now and he said oh well I'll just have to cancel your order and you will have your money back in 3 days that's all fine but my question is why did they wait thag long to tell me they didn't have a driver why didn't they call before and let me know smh I won't be ordering from here I will be going to troy

We ordered takeout tonight, spent $30 on two pizzas only to discover one pizza was burnt and it was made wrong, I called the Piqua store to inquire about a refund and was told by (if you could call him a manager) Joe the manager it was our fault it was made wrong because we called the phone number to this store and got connected to call center and we should have called there and we would have got the right sauce on our pizza,no excuse for the burnt issue or an apology or even any kind of resolve? He stated he would remake the wrong sauce / burnt pizza over for us but he’d still put pizza sauce on it because that’s what their policy says, wow really, I was always told that if we have the product we can make what a customer asked for, what’s so hard about subbing pizza sauce for ranch dressing especially if you have ranch dressing on your menu? The guy was rude, condensing, further investigation I’ve found this location is know for its rude employees and bad food ! Buyers beware! I’ll never order from that store again!

I ordered online 12 boneless wings. I only got six also I ordered them mild and they were hot. I called the manager and all he said was was to bring the six to Exchange I told him I really didn’t wanna go back out. He didn’t even offered to have them delivered. I told him he was doing a very lousy job as a manager, and the service is not very good at all.

They burned our pizza, I had to contact their corporate office to get it replaced. Tried to order the replacement pizza and was told they had no record of it. They call corporate, and are told to replace the WHOLE order .so I give them the order again.they then tell me I have to pay a delivery fee, that I paid on the first order. I tell them the delivery fee was part of what I paid on the first order, and they hang up on me. I emailed their corporate office again,and am now waiting to hear from corporate again. NOT happy with the piqua store AT ALL.
