Our experience using Heritage for our wedding was unfortunately underwhelming. I really liked Ann and the food we tried at her restaurant at the Greene was delicious. We told her if the food was as good as the tasting at the wedding it may be the best wedding food we’ve ever had. The day of the wedding came and the chicken was almost uncuttable it was so dry. Our guests, knowing we were embarrassed that most of them were hardly able to eat their food tried to assure us everything was okay. However, we have some friends and family who just can’t keep their mouths shut and admitted to us later that they didn’t even eat the chicken or the bread because they were both so rock solid. We tried reaching out to Ann as we felt wronged after spending such a large amount of money. We weren’t trying to get a full refund because we know the time that went into preparing this. Unfortunately Ann acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about and wouldn’t even offer a slight discount or refund. Honestly one free meal at her place at the Greene would’ve done it to feel like she wanted to make things right. I would NOT recommend Heritage Catering for your event.

Heritage was a great company to rent a tent, tables and linen from. They were punctual for set up and the order was accurate whenever we made changes. The only thing is that we had trouble getting them to pick up the tent after the event. It was over two weeks later when they picked up the tent so make sure the property is okay with having such a large tent on site for so long!

I would NOT recommend Heritage Catering. I'm not one that leaves negative reviews on companies, but our catering for our wedding was not what we were expecting. Initially, after our tasting we were very excited to have Heritage cater our wedding! The food was great during the tasting and while we decided if they were the right choice for us they sent us a $500 off coupon. We notified them that our Venue did not have a kitchen, and they said it would not be a problem.... they would bring everything already prepared and warm.When we went to make our final payment we asked if the $500 had been already applied to the bill. We were told, yes! After reviewing our statement we discovered that it had not been applied to our balance. Another phone call was made to discuss this.... you could hear people arguing in the back ground.... someone was upset about the $500 off..... THAT THEY GAVE US.On the day of our wedding the food was extremely disappointing. Our chicken was dry with several peices burnt on the bottom. Our Fettuccine with roasted balsamic vegetables in a cream sauce...... was DRY, had no sauce and hardly any veggies in it. For cocktail hour we decided to go with their fruit, veggie, cheese, cracker display. The fruit was completely left off.After we got back from our Honeymoon we contacted Heritage to tell them about our suboptimal experience. Initially they were very apologetic and offered to make things right. When we asked what our options were... WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. More emails were sent and a voicemail was left. Needless to say..... they never got back to us to resolve the issue. Very, very disappointing given how much you pay for YOU and your guest to have a nice meal on your Wedding Day.

10/6/19 The owners of Heritage did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their customer service was above and beyond...prompt to answer questions and solve any problems. They went out of their way to help us in every way. Price was extremely reasonable and the ease with which everything went was well worth it all. They provided us with a beautiful tent, chairs, amazing food and coffee. Everything was delivered and set up in a very timely manner! Wedding was Sunday and the tent was able to arrive on Thursday. We had a full service catering and their employees were kind and courteous. I highly recommend their services as it is a high quality experience with a very reasonable price. You will not regret it. Bill & Ann (owners) are wonderful people with a big heart for customer service and excellence in all they do. Outstanding job. We will use them again.

They had the cheapest pricing, all the staff were friendly, and they were helpful as well as the product being in good shape.we rented 100 folding chairs and 10 round tables and they dropped off the night before and picked up the tables the following Monday as it was a Friday night event. We will definitely use then for events in the future.
Communication was very spotty. On the day of my wedding, the crew that arrived had not received any of my requests for setup or tear down.When the catering was over, their crew gorged themselves on the leftovers in front of all of my guests and then packed up what was left. We had been told our left over food would be packaged up for us to keep(considering the cost, that's the least that should happen).Dont be lured by the lower prices, as soon as an initial contract was signed, all prices went up and levels of service went down. I was very disappointed that we chose heritage as they were nothing as advertised.

We worked with Heritage Events for our August 25th wedding!Everything was great. We had a couple broken tables delivered, but they took them back and replaced them right away. The linens were great quality and we received many compliments on them. The tent crew were very great to work with and easy to get ahold of if we had any problems.

Bill went over the top to help us with our daughter's outdoor wedding. We had some last minute venue concerns, which Bill was able to help with!! The tent Heritage supplied us was incredible. Clean, huge, and very top-class. Our guests were very impressed with how incredible the tent was. We had no worries about set-up and take down - that was all handled, so it was easy for us to bring our stuff in to decorate. Besides the tent rental, we also had Heritage cater for 160 people. The meal was fantastic - we had many positive comments from our guests. Ann worked with us to make great selections, and provided excellent quality food. Elizabeth, in the office, was always very helpful, and the phone calls that I made with questions about details and logistics were all dealt with rapidly. What a wonderful experience we had with Heritage, and it was a huge part of our daughter's beautiful day. Absolutely would highly recommend. These folks know what they're doing, and they do it excellently. Thanks to you all!
