Paid $15 for a burrito. The person working said this is going to be a messy burrito because I can't roll them. Everything is served as a to go order without even asking if you are dining in. Then I pay for a drink and had to reach behind the counter and grab my own cup. All of this I can forgive and forget but then I bite into the burrito and see bright pink chicken.

Walked in and no one was there. Was hollering hello for 15 minutes and no one came. Also smelled like weed inside the store so i’m guessing that’s where the workers were. Hope you guys know that your employees are horrible. Happened at 4:40pm on July 27th if that helps you catch which workers they were.

My family and I stopped by on a coin toss looking for something quick. Ended up having the best experience and best burritos we have ever had. I asked the employees what they liked best and they were very friendly and cool and recommended some amazing sauces and burrito builds. The crew they have right now 6:30pm 7/19/24 is hands down amazing. Everyone’s happy to be here and VERY nice and helpful. Also the store is CLEAN. Thanks!!!

The service was terrible they kept talking to each other and were not paying any attention to us,what we said and what they put on our burritos and missed multiple things we wanted on it. and overflowed with sauce

Made entire order wrong. Door dash delivered so I paid to have my wrong order delivered. I called for a refund and he said he couldn’t refund the order. I could come and pick it up if I want. Pointless to pay for door dash if I have to go pick up my own order. Total waste of $32. ?
After all day of working I would atleast hopefully get a discount the 2 for 16.00 burrito all day sunday one person said we cant do that another person said i can why have a sign if your not gonna give me the deal false advertisement

Went on a Saturday evening an :1 1/2 hours before close as soon I walked through the door there were 3 employees standing together one of the young ladies said oh just to let you know we have no rice. My response neither kind. She said no I put some on. So I ask how long before any would be ready she said oh I have no idea. Number one her tone was not appropriate and number two how do you not cook any rice to run out at the same time. There were people coming in and out. I hate to see how much business they lost. Will not return there. It is Sad because of health reasons there is very few places I can eat

Presuming they are totally deaf behind the counter. Upon entering, was told only brown rice available. Replied that I don’t eat ANY rice. Ordered a steak & cheese burrito with queso & a medium drink to go.$14+ ??? For a burrito ???? Got home to find…..wait for it…..RICE in the burrito ! 1st time visit, LAST time customer, at ANY location. And these fast food workers are DEMANDING $15/hr. ?? They have GOT to be kidding ! Will it pay for earwax removal treatment ?? $9/hr. “overhead” for a $5 burrito. BUYER BEWARE.
