The Piqua Ohio location is our favorite. The folks working there do a great job! Their chips are outstanding!

I just received the smallest burrito ever sold by a fast burrito restaurant. $11 for almost no meat, no ingredients. Will not be returning - plenty of other options.

Food was great and ready fast. I have lots of rewards but I am unable to apply them to an order so I don't get the savings from being a repeat customer! I always order online for convenience.

Food was good but not what I ordered, ordered small bowl chicken, cheese, pico, corn pico. Got large bowl with different cheeses and no pico's. Was making the taco's for my order and I noticed using hard shells explained I ordered soft, cashier confirmed to her and she thru them away and started over.

First... out of white rice, second, told her no onions or cilantro. she did not even offer to fix the mistake. We had 3 bowls and all 3 were wrong. The sopapilas we ordered were burnt and had no seasoning at all. I was surprised they even served them.

I know good help is hard to find, but the attitude of these employees is beyond sickening. Between the eye rolling, the condescending responses to customers and the language that should never be said in front of customers or children, I can affirmatively say that this will be my last visit to this location. The heavyset man with the broken eyeglasses has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in public.

Employees showed no enthusiasm to customers. I made it part way through my order and left. Multiple eye rolls and bad attitude one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Resturant.

The food is okay but the problem here is the staff. This location is a mess. All the staff seriously act like they are on drugs.ive never seen such slow working staff, can you all hire some actually competent people?

I visited this location at 6:10 pm on 4/28/25 for the first time, prompted by the window advertisement. As a 57-year-old, I had several questions about the advertised offer, which I couldn't access after downloading the app. I attempted to explain the issue to the manager on duty, Shawn. However, Shawn seemed unable to provide a satisfactory response and stated, 'I've explained this to you three times, and I feel like you're asking childish questions.' I found this remark unprofessional and demeaning. Mr. Shawn, as a manager, it's essential to maintain a respectful tone, especially when interacting with customers. Your behavior was embarrassing, and I will not be returning to this establishment or recommending it to my family. Perhaps it would be beneficial for you to reassess your approach to customer service and consider alternative career paths if you're unable to provide a more professional experience. I truly hope this doesn’t sound childish.

I'm enjoying a delicious meal at Hot Head Burrito in Piqua! They served a great bowl for me today. The service was lightning-fast, even during the lunchtime rush, and I was amazed by the attention to detail in preparing my meal. The burrito I ordered was meticulously crafted, with each ingredient carefully selected and added to create a flavor profile that was simply outstanding. The freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite, and the portion size was generous, to say the least. It was exceptional value for the price. The quality of the food, combined with the speedy service and welcoming atmosphere, makes this restaurant a must-visit destination for anyone in the Piqua area. I will be back soon!

Absolutely horrible and will. Ot be back. The male employee was cussing and said we all needed to go home. They still had 2 hours before they even closed. He got mad when I asked for fajita veggies and was slamming everything in the bowl. Reported to corporate. You could tell the tension with the employees. My poor daughter had to watch it all then her bowl was ridiculously small portioned. Pay for a regular bowl buy was giving what would be in a little bowl. Will not go back horrible customer service.

Chips were stale, almost all the syrups in the pop machine were out.
No hello, or “what can I get ya” they just stare at you & wait for you to say something. absolutely everything that works there is MISERABLE. My husband & I couldn’t help but laugh because it’s so awkward. Horrible service. horrible atmosphere. Food is mid & almost always regret getting it.

Tables were dirty last time I was there. They didn’t have food fully prepared at 10:45, 15 minutes after opening time. Won’t be back.
