Went last night 2/18 about 7:30. Ordered a 3 piece original chicken tenders meal with 2 sides and a Nashville chicken sandwich. While the food was pretty good. It was $18 and I know inflation has brought prices up.. But it ended in getting sick a couple hours later last night. I had to reheat my meal cause it was just warm. I will be going to Troy location from now on. The staff was pleasant and everything. I just think that the food sat past its expiration time and that it was served. Ideally I will go to lees when I don’t feel like leaving town.

I ordered a two piece chicken meal extra crispy. My order was repeated back to me. I recieved a two piece lame original nasty recipe. Train your staff on how to tell the difference.

Cannot hear the attendant at the drive through and they don’t enunciate at all. Then when you can’t understand you they scream through the intercom.

I tried ordering a take out order on line and was having trouble with the website, so I went inside the store and was met by Kita, the manager. She was so gracious and honored me the on line special price. She couldn’t have been any nicer and our food was delicious!

This manager and staff at this store are rude and unprofessional. I order frequently through the app and ALWAYS have to wait. Switched to the Troy store and they have my order waiting every time.

I mean, yeah, the dining is quite a pleasant experience. But the food? I don't know what they done with their chicken, but it don't taste the same as it used to. I love the fries though, but I don't believe that it's the original recipe that they used to make it now. The chicken is all dried out. Or soggy you're like. I don't really know how it changed, but something don't feel right now about the chicken strips or the drumsticks.

Takes way longer than it should to get food. Especially when there are no other customers and you are the only one waiting for your order. Employees are rude and talk about you. Why you can still hear them.

Beside the prices which seem to be unavoidable now a days. The food was great and well proportioned the staff was friendly and the store clean. All in all a wonderful dinner experience from order to pick up.
