Great homestyle comfort food in a fast food setting. Friendly and helpful staff assisted me with a large takeout order.

My husband loves their livers and gizzards. They have the best chicken strips in the area

This Lee's used to be alright. Just alright.
Now I can't recommend it. I used to frequent this location for lunch as I work nearby, so I'm posting this as a former frequent customer.

I recently took a trip out of town and stopped at the Lee's in Bellfountaine for a rest stop and ordered some chicken not expecting anything great, but I was blown away with how good it was. The chicken was tender, breading was soft and flavorful. It made me realize how awful our Lee's here in Piqua is.

The chicken is always tough, greasy, and the breading slides off the actual chicken. It tastes of oil and the chicken is always tough.

I really want to go here more but every time I do I'm disappointed. I urge the owner of this franchise to visit the Bellfountaine location and take notes on what they're doing because however this location is being run right now is just not it.

The atmosphere is a little sterile compared to the other locations, but there's not much that can be done about that. The main things id point out with it are the difference in air pressure between the lobby and vestibule which makes the doors difficult to open, and the place usually has an off-putting smell of a bathroom floor cleaner. Not dirty, just not the smell you want to associate eating with.

Overall if you're looking for good chicken, KFC is the better option if you're able to go across town, or the current McCrispy tenders at McDonnalds.

It's not all bad though - the crew is consistently nice and I don't want to discount that.

I have been going to lee’s since they were next to ulbrich’s when I was little, my favorite place to get Cole slaw for sure. My daughter lives in Illinois and whenever she comes to visit ,she always makes a stop at lee’s to take some home when she leaves as they don’t have lee’s there.

I love when Lee's sells Fish.
You won't find better fried fish at a fast food place (if anywhere but mom's house).
