I made my first stop at The Lighthouse this past week and while the food was good enough for a return visit I unfortunately will not be back. I didn't realize The Lighthouse was a Christian themed establishment . Modern Christianity is a monetized, power driven hate group and I can't support that financially or otherwise
Awesome place to eat. Great food, great service & peaceful atmosphere. Everyone that works there is very nice
A wonderful small town restaurant. Food was fantastic and service was exceptional.
I had the meat lovers omelet with hash brown and coffee. Delicious!! The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The staff made me feel like a member of their community. Highly recommended.
Great quiet family restaurant.
Ordered takeout and only received half the order. Had to bring everything back in for them to check the order and verify that something was missing. Meanwhile the food they initially made got cold while they took 15 minutes to make the other half. No discount. Typical dirty spoon quality but had to reheat it. Might dine-in again but not ordering take out.
Edit as Im about to eat: was given home fries instead of hash browns (and only like a 3 spoonful
size serving) and they left out one of the omelet add one (jalapenos). 🤦🏻
We had hamburgers for lunch and they were a little dry but not bad overall.
The Western burger was great. It will be hard to not want to get that every time. The food here for breakfast has always been very good. Now they’re serving dinner and it’s highly recommended.
It's a rather small but very nice brunch diner. It took longer than I expected for us to get our food but I thought my sailor's omelet was fantastic. One of the best I've had in a very long time. Others at the table thought their food was good but wouldn't rate it as highly as I did mine. Everyone agreed that we want to go back.
I love the variety of options on the menu. The food is so fresh and well-cooked. Service is always amazing!
Updated interior. Friendly armosphere. Good home cooked foods. Now open for dinner some evenings.

Great place. Got food for a work function. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and the food was very good. I'll be going back again for sure.
Boy was I excited when I heard Lighthouse Cafe - now "Lighthouse at the Lock" was adding dinner hours and a new dinner menu. Waited a bit to make sure we didn't go in when it was swamped. Turns out that wasn't going to be a concern - Piqua has already figured out how disappointing the new dinner is here. High prices for mediocre offerings seems to be the style for downtown Piqua. Be prepared to watch Lock's dinner menu disappear just as fast as Mulligans, 311, and Referee's. Food was cooked wrong, incorrect toppings on specialty burgers, and portions that wouldn't satisfy a 5 year old. Service was good though.
Good food. Good company. Good service
Nothing is better than small town diners!
Have eaten at the lighthouse numerous times over the years. Always enjoyed good food at a fair price. However it's drastically changed under new ownership. Marginal food and overpriced.
