The service was horrible. I ordered 15 pizza's the night before and even set the pickup time earlier than needed to make sure they were done Was supposed to pick pizza's up at 3:45 pm, did not finally walk out until 4:35. The entire time they kept making up different excuses and blaming different things. Also over heard the one person (who originally said it was her fault cause she was new) yelling at someone over the phone because she said it was their fault. They blamed one employees newness, they also blamed the ordering system, they blamed one of the guys for leaving without checking the orders, they blamed the fact that the entire shift came in at 4 except for one person, and finally they blamed me for not calling in and checking to see if the order was going to be ready on time. Those were just the excuses I remember. The food was okay, normally better but they took so long to get the order together and left it on counter instead of warmer it cooled off. I called little Caesar's corporate customer service and they said the owner would contact me, yet here we are almost a month later and nothing. No apology, no attempt to make up for this, all i received was their personnel cursing at me on the way out after I finally received my order. Would absolutely recommend anywhere else, other than here.

For a Little Caesars, this place is great. The staff are friendly and helpful and our kiddo will consistently request stopping here as we drive by. The store could use a deep clean and there is often a wait/nothing in the Hot n' Ready space.

Called in for an order and the manger was cussing in the background because I was requesting a discontinued item (bacon puffs) . This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Was told could only order a certain menu item online. Nowhere on the website does it specify this. Was very frustrating to not be able to just tell the counter what I wanted and have it made, but instead had to visit the site, while standing in the lobby, to order what I wanted .

Error on my order. When I returned from picking it up. Went back and no recompense for new one. Think the pizza they have me was the one they made for me and it was cold.
My doordasher has been waiting in the store now for over 25 min to pick up my food and all I got was a pep pizza, 1 order of pizza bites, and 1 order of breadsticks. This is unacceptable. I’ve tried to call multiple times and they must have take them phone off the hook as well.

waited 20 minutes for something that should be "Hot And Ready", and then was served a mangled mess of raw dough.

I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter, then she did she handed the lady behind me food and went to the back. The key to good business is communication, not ignoring your customers. We will not be returning.

I have noticed a general decline in the food quality of Little Caesars, at least in the Miami Valley area. Yesterday I went in and got a Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza. I found the crust to be quite flat and undercooked to where the crust under the toppings could actually be considered a thin crust pizza if it was crispy. The edge crust was soft but still I consider it undercooked. That was the last time I will be purchasing from any of the 3 Little Caesars locations closest to me (Piqua, Sidney, and Troy). Due to this decline in quality the last pizzas I purchased from all locations gave me stomach issues. If I'm hungry and looking for a quick bite when I'm near the Piqua Little Caesars I'll go across the street to Rally's.
