Was told could only order a certain menu item online. Nowhere on the website does it specify this. Was very frustrating to not be able to just tell the counter what I wanted and have it made, but instead had to visit the site, while standing in the lobby, to order what I wanted .

Error on my order. When I returned from picking it up. Went back and no recompense for new one. Think the pizza they have me was the one they made for me and it was cold.
My doordasher has been waiting in the store now for over 25 min to pick up my food and all I got was a pep pizza, 1 order of pizza bites, and 1 order of breadsticks. This is unacceptable. I’ve tried to call multiple times and they must have take them phone off the hook as well.

waited 20 minutes for something that should be "Hot And Ready", and then was served a mangled mess of raw dough.

I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter, then she did she handed the lady behind me food and went to the back. The key to good business is communication, not ignoring your customers. We will not be returning.

I have noticed a general decline in the food quality of Little Caesars, at least in the Miami Valley area. Yesterday I went in and got a Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza. I found the crust to be quite flat and undercooked to where the crust under the toppings could actually be considered a thin crust pizza if it was crispy. The edge crust was soft but still I consider it undercooked. That was the last time I will be purchasing from any of the 3 Little Caesars locations closest to me (Piqua, Sidney, and Troy). Due to this decline in quality the last pizzas I purchased from all locations gave me stomach issues. If I'm hungry and looking for a quick bite when I'm near the Piqua Little Caesars I'll go across the street to Rally's.

The pizza is very delicious
Had to grab something easy for my kids to eat and didn't feel like spending a fortune on subs.
Well, believe it or not, a teen and a preteen can eat a pizza cleanly and nearly in a backseat with some napkins. This was a budget and stomach friendly choice for them
Pizza was quite good, and appeared fresh. Service was good, and nothing seemed out of place.
The location took a little bit of winding to get to off of I 75, but it was fine. Parking lot was adequate, and was very easy to turn around and head back to highway. Would definitely consider this option again.
Staff was polite and competent. I can't ask for more.
