The last 2 times ive been here the food taste like its been cooked in 6 year old grease! Idk what has changed but this long johns used ta be good! I wont be coming back again after tonight 28$ for food I cant even eat!

I have a food allergy to shrimp and I simply asked if they could make fresh batter and got told no so I went to get a burger and the manager told me she can't promise the fries haven't touched it yet. Very disappointed because the Springfield store made a fresh batter for me will not return to the piqua location!

Don’t bother trying to use the entertainment coupon that has the Piqua location listed at the Piqua location - they refuse to take it or honor the coupon !
Was looking forward to LJS while I was in Town. Went there about 2:45. Only two cars on the premises. Saw only 2 People inside. Placed my order, she took the ticket back and as soon as no more then 3 minutes and PRESTO...My order was ready...Prolly been in a Food Warmer since Morning...Needless to say. Food was not good and as I remembered. Won't be back ?

I got a chicken and more May 18 after work. The price are crazy expensive and my food was warm at best. The chicken tenders are tiny but they used to be bigger. I could forgive the size of it was hot. At least you could do is make it fresh. I work hard for my money and don't feel like wasting my money.
