My wife just went through the drive through. The receipt for her quarter pounder with cheese was under the cheese on the burger. Is this practice normal for your McDonalds? I talked to the manager so I hope that this gets taken care of. Follow up and improve your quality control. Just because it’s a fast food chain, doesn’t mean you don’t take service to others seriously. Care about what you are doing and it will serve you well in the future.

Food was made with effort and their bathrooms were very clean and smell nice. they actually blended the mcflurry well !

I guess I don’t understand how just shortly after lunch service starts I still have to wait for food to be cooked. This place is starting to get ridiculous. 11:20am and there are 3 people waiting on there items in the drive thru. All this franchise owners worry about is there damn profit.

Its fast food....I guess. I probably like it better than most, but like everything else the prices are too high. This one used to be pretty fast, especially compared to Sidney, Ohio...this time not so much. It seems like you can't go to McDonald's and not wait after paying, even if they aren't that busy. Fast food just isn't very fast anymore....but they go out of their way to have you pull up so the timer resets.

Bacon & cheese quarter pounder, no mustard. Seems pretty simple, right? Why do I have no bacon? The lasts 6, 7 times y'all can't get it right. I understand reading is fundamental, but get your crap together.

I went to get food for breakfast on Saturday around 9:30 am. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel a sausage McGriddle a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and three hash browns. I asked at the window for grape jelly and was told ok but didn’t receive it in the bag. I went inside and stood for a minute or so but just waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge me and they didn’t until a worker named Jonny I believe asked me and provided the jelly. I had the same experience with the other McDonald’s here in Piqua and I don’t go there anymore even though it’s closer to me. Thank you Jonny for seeing me it’s appreciated because I would drive to another city for better service if needed.

Hey, I had a problem with my order today. Stuff happens, you know? But the manager really went the extra mile to fix it. Seriously, he was great with customer service give him a raise.

Arrived to see no cars parked in the lot. An employee emptying trash confirmed for us that the inside was open. There was no one at the counter, and no one came when we waited there with a question. Finally decided not to order meals and just order drinks and pies at the kiosk, where it told us they were taking to- go orders only. We wished we had stopped somewhere else but decided to go ahead and get a sweet tea, milkshake, and two pies. Our pie order was tossed on the counter, but no drinks. Waited while employees saw, but ignored us for several minutes. Finally, we asked a passing employee for a cup for tea and the milkshake. The sweet tea container was empty. Back to the counter to be ignored while still waiting for the milkshake. Finally, we got someone to fill the sweet tea, but still no milkshake. Eventually, a manager(?) saw us standing there holding our sack and a drink and asked what we needed. He got the milkshake and apologized for the wait. We didn't have to wait alone. There were others waiting for the things missing from their orders. Despite the dining room being closed, the women's bathroom was a mess, and the stall was closed in the men's room. Maybe they were understaffed this evening, but you NEVER ignore customers. You always smile and let them know someone will be right with them. This McDonald's only values drive-thru customers.
