Got a hot chocolate with extra chocolate syrup and sugar and when it got to me it was just steamed milk, how do you forget the main thing that makes hot chocolate? Very disappointing and a Waste of money

I went to McDonald’s today October 11th around 430-5 to get food for my family. I ordered over 20 dollars worth of food and they forgot my ranch cups and picante sauce so I went inside and no one greeted me or asked if they could help they all literally walked right by me or just ignored me so I had to speak up to get what I wanted and the fries were cold definitely not fresh so disappointing
Ronald McDonald, Mayor McCheese , and Officer Big Mac made this place. The food still needs improvement....

The employees don’t do their job half the time, always short staffed and they aren’t kind, they take FOREVER to get ur order even if it was a small one, their machines are always “out of order” and this last time I came they closed AN HOUR early so I couldn’t even get coffee after work. The food may be good but it takes so long to get it and costs quite a bit too. It’s js not worth the time and money honestly any other restaurant can do the same in shorter time

Order through doordash may be a hit and miss try to order extra napkins because never get them and straws tried ordering them extra also condiments and nothing extra except two more apple pies apparently they are cheaper than dipping sauce and napkins and straws. Apparently the scott family is more concerned about how good the restaurant looks and not concerned about how dissatisfied customers are will be avoiding all restaurant owned by them

My experience started in the drive thru where when I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes with nobody talking to me. After waiting I decided to just go in and order thinking this might be faster, I was wrong! I placed my order inside and waited 15 minutes for my food. My number was finally called and half of my order was not there. Shocker! There were several customers waiting as long as I was and many of them were missing part of their orders as well. I asked, and was given, a refund for my order.
Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has not had great customer service in the evenings in a long time. It used to only be Sunday nights, but the last few times I have gone in the evening, it has been a dumpster fire. The morning crew is still great, but the evening crew has soured my taste for this particular McDonalds and I will not spend another dime at this location.
After getting my refund, I went to the McDonald’s across town and the service was flawless and fast even though they were busy.
