Order fries just to have to dig them out of the bottom of the bag because putting them in upright must’ve been such an inconvenience. Let’s not forget that the fries are cold and mushy per usual.

I really need to stop coming to this store... They always make everyone park in drive-thru because they never have anything ready... I waited 15 minutes for a sausage egge ang cheese muffin. The need to clear out a bigger parking lot just for drive-thru waiting. No other store has this issue.

10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru for a shake is ridiculous.park the damn car I don't need to wait 7 minutes for the chicken to cookfor the 4th car in front me . Park your car it's actually a procedure u should be following according to corporate rules . That's why franchise sucks .you lost my business. Maybe if you follow the advice to park the car you will move that damn drive thru and make more sales ......just saying learn how to work. And if you are so short staffed close th 1 lane in your drive thru and provide customer service for a change And looking at your reviews it shows how bad that store is either fix it or close it
