Best coffee shop I've ever been to. You walk in there and it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to start wondering if North Star coffee station has been open for a long time. Every time I walk in there I'm greeted with positivity which is infectious. Definitely worth a 45 minute drive for me just to get some good coffee. and with some brilliant flavors definitely going again sometime soon.

I just stopped by for coffee and a sweet. They had cooked Philippine chicken adobo. Out of this world. I like the coffe from around the world. The people are wonderful.

Place is surely a bit small, but do NOT let that stop you from trying. I made the mistake of neglecting this place for the better part of a year and boy do I regret it after trying their pb/choc iced coffee. Insanely delicious and not too sweet! The sandwich I had was also great. I was not aware that they could add egg to it (didn't see it on the menu) and the lady at the counter asked if I would like egg added, very attentive and welcoming. As someone with an eating disorder who struggles to decide on meals this was wonderful to me and this place just brightened my morning up so much when I couldn't think of anything I wanted to eat. Granted, the food selection is rather limited, but honestly the pros of the coffee, friendliness & service outweigh the cons of having only a few varieties of the same sandwich. I will definitely be coming back for both though!
Parking: Gravel lot next to shop as well as some parking spaces in front of the shop which are less visible.

Friendly service & good coffee! I got a blueberry vanilla latte. No matter where I go I always ask for less syrup because I don’t like them too sweet. One pump of each was perfect for me! It was so good, I will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.
Parking: There’s a small parking lot and street parking available so you should have no problem finding a spot.

Possibly THE friendliest coffee shop I have ever been to! The drinks are always made to perfection and if there’s something you don’t like she is more than willing to make it right! Not to mention the culture this place holds and the positivity you feel as soon as you walk in? I’ve ditched Starbucks and winans because of how welcoming this shop is and never have I had something bad. I appreciate having this local spot to go to?
The Chocolate chai ? both hot or cold its delicious!! The coffee is also delicious and robust! As someone who lived in seattle and appreciates a good coffee house this place is hands down the best in town. I appreciate the culture this business provides! Thank you Northstar we need more culture and color in this town of Piqua!

I’ve driven past this place every day while heading to training for my new job. From the outside it looked SO CUTE! I knew I had to stop and see what it was all about. I had the peanut butter chocolate blended coffee, and it was SO YUMMY! The service was excellent from beginning to end, and everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend this place! ?
