Staff is not customer service oriented and can be quite rude. PS don't use the main street parking lot access. Even though it's NOT MARKED EMPLOYEES ONLY. They will be inconsiderate and rude to you if you use that entrance. Drive around the corner and access the parking g lot.

Hands down the best fast food pizza in my opinion. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Always has great service, can get a little busy at sometimes but you still get your food pretty fast. I recommend trying the pepperoni knots and Epic stuffed crust.

Great tasting pizza but staying at the comfort inn , I’d appreciated it had they actually cut the pizza . Could somebody bring me a pizza cutter ? Never mind , I just ripped it apart . SMH lol

Ordered a specialty pizza via door dash. Pizza arrived with raw dough on bottom. Still stretchy and showing zero darkening as if not baked at all. Once every few months I’ll do papa johns. This is third strike. Goto a different store !

I use to love this papa John’s. They always got my order right. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered a deluxe pizza from here it doesn’t have pepperoni on it. It says it in the description that the deluxe has pepperoni, but it doesn’t have it on it. When you order door dash it doesn’t let you do specials, to let someone know. Just disappointed. Love papa John’s pizza just like pepperoni on the deluxe also. 3 strikes your out! Guess I’ll go back to cassano’s

I have loved Papa Johns pizza in other towns, but the one in Piqua is always just ok, never great. Somehow the pizza at this one is ALWAYS soggy in the center. I don't know if it's undercooked or if they need to invest in those little corrugated cardboard squares under the pizza to let the steam escape, but I have never had this issue from any other Papa John's location. We keep trying them every so often to see if it gets better, but no luck in the eight years we've been here.
