I use to love this papa John’s. They always got my order right. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered a deluxe pizza from here it doesn’t have pepperoni on it. It says it in the description that the deluxe has pepperoni, but it doesn’t have it on it. When you order door dash it doesn’t let you do specials, to let someone know. Just disappointed. Love papa John’s pizza just like pepperoni on the deluxe also. 3 strikes your out! Guess I’ll go back to cassano’s

Be ready to deal with incompetence. 2.5 hours later and they tried all the used up excuses a teenager could come up with. 3-5 days for a refund. Franchise owner should be ashamed. What a bad look for Piqua.

I have loved Papa Johns pizza in other towns, but the one in Piqua is always just ok, never great. Somehow the pizza at this one is ALWAYS soggy in the center. I don't know if it's undercooked or if they need to invest in those little corrugated cardboard squares under the pizza to let the steam escape, but I have never had this issue from any other Papa John's location. We keep trying them every so often to see if it gets better, but no luck in the eight years we've been here.

Ordered a pizza with mushroom and pepperoni. Asked for extra sauce. Got charged 20 dollars to ask for extra Garlic sauce. We have been trying to get this corrected for 6 days. Guess what, not ever get the extra sauce. And now have spent over 2 hours on the phone with people that don't even speak English. Do not go here.

Pizza is hit or miss . Depends on who is cooking it !. Their customer service is great! If your pizza is messed up don't hesitate to give them a call to get it fixed.Below is a very sloppy made pizza I had to have fixed and as to why I'm writing review.
