waited a hour just to get what looks like the employees just put what ever they wanted on a specialty pizza. didn't even send the rite sauce for the breadsticks so the kids wouldn't eat them. this isn't the first time they have sent a crappy pizza. wrong meat on the taco pizza hardly any cheese no lettuce it was horrible. won't be ordering anymore and I won't recommend this pizza hut to any friends or family.
Called twice to inform them about missing items from our order to be put on hold for ten minutes +. No one picked up the phone to rectify the issue with my order.
Disappointed for sure.
Today was Fourth time with issues when food was delivered.
Pizza was wrong. Called and was told the manager packed it and was I sure it was wrong? It very clearly had no mushrooms or extra cheese. Sent it back with the delivery driver. It was remade and delivered again. This time no garlic butter sauces that I had ordered which were in the first box. I called the store to let them know. And told them I didn’t want them now.
