After getting a pizza wrong on the order i went inside and they said it would be fixed in 7 mins. Okay cool, 20 mins later i get the pizza and get a warm pizza to eat but now have cold cheese sticks and pasta to go with it. I give them credit for trying to fix it but dont tell someone a time and then take almost 3x longer.

My pizza was sitting on cut table the entire time I was at window getting COLDAND I got there 5min before it wasdue to be picked up and it sat there.. the YOUNG man didnt care, he was busy walking around ignoring the window chime until I yelled at him. Eat here almost weekly and it was horrible!! Cold pizza for lunch is not my favorite. I even asked him if it was mine and if it was cold and he said "Yeah, oh sorry" and gave me my pizza and shut window. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. THOUGHT THEY HAD NEW MANAGEMENT? SOMEONE NEEDS SOME TRAINING ?

Just don't do it. We've tried tooo many times. Recently door dash has picked up my order and I have recieved a Alfredo and chicken Alfredo the Alfredo has been eaten out of!! This is unacceptable I am unable to get ahold of anyone due to an a call center full of people who laugh when you explain.

Bad service delivery, PizzaHut should tell customers that Door Dash will be delivering your food, and not give you 2 track #'s. Making you assume the 1st track # is accurate and not knowing that the 2nd track # is from Door dash and it will be super later and your FOOD WILL BE SUPER COLD!!!!
