First time back in a few years, pizzas got really bad so stopped going but I decided to give them a try again and it was good, Hope it will stay that way for a while. Not the employees fault but pizza hut corporation needs to take better care of it's property, repair it's parking lot and update somewhat, drive thru window area and parking lot in poor condition,

Overpriced garbage. They make you spend 14 dollar minimum and charge 5 bucks for delivery lol. If you order I suggest not tipping the driver to make up the delivery charge. They already get enough money from delivery

This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did the staff act as though we were wasting their time the sanitation practice was deplorable. All of our food was made by staff with no gloves, one of whom kept coughing all over the kitchen. The kid working the counter had his headphones on the entire time and acted like it was beneath him to help his customers. Will NEVER do business here again and have no problems letting my friends and family know not to waste money or time here.

So I had a get together with some of my friends. We ordered pizza, hour and a half goes past, no pizza. I'm diabetic and my friend has health issues so we need to eat when our sugar gets low. Call Pizza Hut, they never actually entered the order. So we RETELL them our entire order and we're told we would get a refund. The order comes 40 minutes later, missing one of the main items and it's been a few days later and still haven't gotten a refund yet and have tried to call multiple times to talk to someone and get hung up on. Absolutely the worse experience me and my entire friend group have ever had.

We always used to love going to Pizza Hut! Now we go by and there isn’t anybody there. We liked to get a pizza and a pitcher of beer. Now you don’t serve beer and the parking lot has went from full to empty. The pizza places that serve beer all full. You have yourselves in our area.

Dined in on 12-3-23. Pizza was good and fast. Dining area was dirty and bitter cold. Tables not wiped off. No heat. Mens restroom out of order. Floor sticky. Seat sticky. No plates. Had to wear coats inside. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere simply horrible. Definately won't go back.

I had a order for over $60.00. When i got my order delivered. They legit left mt bread sticks and chicken. Then i call them twice. I was hold hold for 16min thsn 18min on the next call. I was just put on hold. Then i desided i was gonna come down to talk in person. Bigger dude with head phones on took my ticket. Then i take a snap as soon as i sat down. Went back up to ask. In the same dude came up and asking for my ticket. I explained he took. He then acted like he never took it. I then sat down once again after he said he would go make it the 2ed time. I check my snap to see how long it was since i took that snap and boom right on the corner it says 55min ago. In i aint getting anything extra either.

After work on a Monday, I decided to surprise my family with Pizza Hut. I called and placed my order for 3 pizzas for carryout. When I got to the restaurant a sweet & very embarrassed young lady had to tell me that " they were outta cheese" I thought at first that I didn't hear her correctly but in fact, they were outta cheese. I would have given a Zero but couldn't. Do Better Pizza Hut on Covington Avenue!!!

Why do I have pasta noodles on my pizza. I did not order cross contamination with under cooked pasta, nor pasta on my pizza. What kind of quality check are you providing. My guess none!

Will never order from here again! Our order was incomplete tried calling the store only to get hung up on twice, then called again, only to get the call center which was zero help! This store just can’t get their stuff together!

My order was incomplete when delivered. I tried calling the store to report it several times. After 4 calls with a total of 20 minutes of no answers I gave up. So, I got into my car and drove to the store, in the next town. When I got there I just showed my receipt to the person at the counter. She said she needed to get the manager. He told me they were out of breadsticks and asked if someone had called me. I said no. I’d like a refund for the breadsticks. He said he’d have to call his boss because he was poorly trained and didn’t know how to issue a refund. I reminded him that I just drove from the next town. He walked around to the back and handed me a dollar bill while remarking that the boss spilled her mad at him doing that. He also told me he just didn’t have time to make calls or answer the phone. If this kid was the manager, that’s really sad!
