Moving away from a city where the options of fast food are greater has not been an adjustment that has been an easy one. Rally's has always been my go-to. However, this one is not the greatest. I travel 15 to 20 miles outside of my town to get a 2-3 star rating experience. Rally's has gone to automated ordering for many of their locations, which is baffling to me. Part of eating out is the relationship as a customer that you build with the people who work there. After the AI took my order and cut me off, I waited in the line for a long time. Pulling up to the window, the cashier didn't greet me. She just stated the total. I paid for my food - my food was not made correctly, and my daughters cheese sticks were clearly kept past hold times. They were inedible. These days, people are struggling to put groceries on their table, let alone eat out. It's a luxury most cannot afford. So, when we can, it would just be nice to get service that is worthy of our hard earned money
Kid-friendliness: Food made so sloppy and kept longer than the alotted time, making it "gross" to kids. I bit into my daughters cheese sticks, and there was no cheese ... it was stuck to the breading and hard. She didn't eat them.

Service is always trash especially that dam robot at the drive thru. Food is always MID asf Atmosphere feels like you pulled up to the dope spot to get food..

I ordered 2 Rally burgers. Bit into the first one and the hamburger was cold in the middle. 2nd one same way but worse. I wasn't to happy about it either. Better make sure you tell them hot hamburgers because if not you will get what I got and do what I did. Straight in the trash.

Fire everybody. Every single person was outside smoking not a single soul was in there taking orders. Went to Burger King instead. They’re still getting paid and people is not getting service. Make that make sense.

Charged me for not cooked fries didn’t make the burgers because they didn’t have any and made us take the gross fries and beverages even though the order had sandwiches. Where are they???????

Rally’s count your days , had to go back 2 times , once bc they messed my order up and then gave me UNCOOKED fries !!! As I’ll leave the picture here . INSTANT bad review do better 2nd shift
I love rallys food but if you stop at this rallys you will wait 25-40 minutes. I don't know why I torture my self and hope it will be better next time. Tonight we arrived at 8:06 we left at 8:44. This is a recurring issue that when we go there it's the same outcome.

I will not order through a robot, instant one star for even having it, and the gal who took my order once the robot gave up sounded like she'd never even trained on the process. My order was incorrect and when I noticed I didn't have time to return to have it corrected (the receipt had the incorrect order on it). I'd not mention it if it didn't hold to the idea of the whole visit but the first straw I got was obviously broken and the sleeve was split. Food was on par for a Rally's at least.
