Was passing through on Christmas Eve of all nights and hadn't had dinner, was shocked to see Rally's open at 10 PM. Line was long and it took a bit, but that's expected. Order was correct and delicious. Staff was pleasant. Drive-thru lanes are TIGHT, area is not the best.

Since the new manager took over, this location is always my go to. My food is always hot and if there is ever anything wrong they will correct it for you without an attitude. The manager also helped me to download their app and I’ve saved quite a big of money. So Thank You very much!!!

Don’t wear gloves while handling food and also eats while preparing and bagging food so disgusting ! And when confronted straight lied and me and my pregnant wife witnessed BOTh workers doing it I would recommend do not eat here ! Also touching money and food right after NO GLOVES!

I've been holding onto false hope with this place but unfortunately I've stopped coming here all together. I've had way too many bad experiences and bad food that came from here and it used to be my spot. Idk where the good reviews are coming from but as of now 10/19/2025 it's ran poorly. I've called corporate twice now to inform them but they take calls like a grain of salt
Probably the slowest food place I've ever been. Past two times I've gone I've waited in the line for 30+ minutes and once I get in line I can't get out so I'm stuck. Food is alright but they definitely need to work on their speed!!!!

Well... I don't usually eat at fast food places, but I just recently moved and needed to fill my belly. It did that but that was it. My order wasn't ready for several minutes and the person at the window gave me no information whatsoever as to how long it would be or thank you for waiting, no common courtesy. And when you go to leave you can only turn right because it's crammed on a very tight corner. I won't go again.
