We waited over 1hr for our food. Server was great. Not his fault. Will not go back another time. This is not the only time this has happened, just the last time I'm gonna give them a try.

this location is way understaffed and if you order take out, plan on it taking forever. the time they say is not how long it takes! waited an hour to get my take out. are the stoves just eating up the food??? would be nice if the restaurant would be realistic about how long it’s gonna take.

Loved the server and nice large portions of food for what you're paying. Not a seafood person but their chicken was well cooked and juicy in the Alfredo I got! 9/10 all the way!!

Waited 25 minutes just for the food to be cooked and they were dead. Asparagus came out dry and my baked potato came no butter and barely any sour cream. Had to request more. No butter for lobster amd not even asked. Had to request refills and bill. No attention at all to our table and we were literally like the 5th customer in the place.

We had reservations for 5:30 and we were seated right away. From there no communication and we waited over 15 minutes. My wife asked to speak with the manager and we received an excuse. My wife told her she wasn’t a very good manager and as the manager was walking away she muttered that my wife wasn’t a good person. Why? Because we called you out for a lack of service?! Your loss not ours, Texas Roadhouse here we come!

Do not order the lobster roll. It looks nothing like the menu, is over cooked with a spicy red sauce. They say it's not fried but can't explain the grease or the crispy breading. Worse lobster roll I ever had. I wouldn't even call it a lobster roll.

Our server Courtney was a 10 out of 10. Our food took an hour and a half. If was just my finance and I. The restaurant was not full my any means. She apologized, offered more bread, drink refills. She could not have done a better job. I never saw a manager…. I feel like a manager should have checked. Courtney said they had a lot of calls off. Not her fault, but a GM, or assistant GM should have stopped by our table.

We have been coming to this Red Lobster location for years. Food is always good. We were sat quickly & promotions were mentioned when handed menus. Our server Cassidi was attentive & kind.
We look forward to continuing our dining here.

Overpriced everything. Clam chowder was fishy and lukewarm, couldn't finish it. Lobster pasta was fishy, rubbery (overcooked), watery, under seasoned. Trout was overcooked, full of bones and "tastes like a river". Extremely disappointed, especially after receiving a 75$ bill for two people. Will not be coming back. Brought the pasta leftovers home, and my dog wouldn't even eat it. They have changed the cheddar bay biscuits too, they're incredibly salty now.

Quality of food has been gone down.
Today, biscuits, coconut shrimp and flounder were all over cooked. My last few visits there have all been disappointing.
