We got the seafood stuffed mushrooms but we did not see or taste any seafood. It was more like a breading stuffed topped with cheese mushrooms. They were good but not what we've had before. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious along with Walt's shrimp. We enjoyed a couple bottles of wine with the meal. Our server was nice.

My wife and I went to Red Lobster for the first time in years, perhaps a decade. We ate at the bar. Alex the bartender, was great. We had drinks, salad, and crab. Food was very good, and the service was excellent. The only issue we had was that when we arrived, the host, Xavier, seated us at a table next to the server’s station. Seeing servers standing at that station, I asked to be moved. He said “Sorry,” adding, “The servers don’t sit at that station.” I said, “I don’t care, I don’t want to sit there.” He then walked away. We went back to the host desk and asked to be seated elsewhere, but since he offered no other seating, we went to the bar. The restaurant was not busy. There were plenty of open tables that would have been much better. Our service at the bar was great, but I doubt I’ll go back.

We come to red lobster almost every Thursday, we enjoyed the great service and getting to see Rhonda, Chris and kitzi .we used to see a young man by the name of norm , but haven't seen him for a while real busy. Like family. They and all the people make us feel at home. They already know where we want to go. Drink order and usually same food order. God bless.

This is a great location and they do a good job but my disappointment is in the menu changes made by corporate. I used to be able to get grilled flounder & stuffed flounder. Now the options for fish without breading are mahi-mahi or salmon. I am not a Salmon fan, so I ordered the Mahi. Then I was informed they had no Mahi-Mahi due to a shortage of some sort. So, I could not get any fish I came for. I am supposed to be eating more fish for the omegas they offer. We live in Rural Ohio and the nearest Bonefish Grill is over an hour away. I truly believed Red Lobster would be able to fill this need. Also, I do love Crab & Shrimp but honestly believed there would be more offerings from the sea added to the menu. Grouper? Sea Bass? Come on, Red Lobster, if you are charging $26-$40 for many of your dinners, then at least give us a few more options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal but our great experience was definitely due to our server. Rhonda was phenomenal with a outgoing personality and superior and attentive service. She was wonderful!
I had dinner at the Piqua Red Lobster Friday night. This was not a good experience. The service at the bar where I sat was horrible. The food was great, but when you dont feel welcome by your server or bartender, it doesn't make anyone want to come back good food or not . The lady with red hair waiting on us did not care to make our visit enjoyable. She just wanted it to be known she was training someone and didn't seem to care about much more. As you would think, someone who is showing a trainee how to treat guests should have been trying to make it enjoyable for anyone sitting at her table or bar. We also overheard her talking about other employees to another customer when they mentioned they were hoping so and so would be working that night. If I were running a business, I would not want this to be happening in my establishment. Not only is she turning guests away from the poor service, but it has to be turning new employees away also when talking about others in front of her trainee.
