A good Red Lobster location with all the standard food and great staff to serve you. Cheddar bay biscuits need I say more.Parking: Normal parking though you have to go around a bit to get to from the highway though you can see it.

We recently moved back into this area after being away for 25 years. The restaurant still has great food and customer service. It was busier than usual and our waitress Calyssa did a terrific job!! We will definitely be back.. thanks.
We had the Unlimited Shrimp, Caesar salad, and of course, Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Everything was absolutely delicious, just as good or better than what we had in Florida last month. Live the coconut shrimp and scampi. The service was top notch, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this Red Lobster!

Would give 5 stars but takes a while to get food there, and can get a bit pricey. Overall good food and service, highly recommend the coconut shrimp.
I am an Activity Director for an Assisted Living; I take my residents out to lunch every Wednesday, and I can tell you in the year and a half since I've been at this particular job I have NEVER been so impressed with a restaurant. I called ahead and spoke to Anna and let her know that we had 9 people coming right at 11am, she asked how many wheelchairs they should leave room for and told us to park by the side door so we could easily get everyone in and out. When we arrived the staff helped us get everyone in and straight to our table that was already setup for us. Our server, Rhonda, was AMAZING!!! I believe she was the only server working at that time, and man was she ON IT! Some of our residents need more help than others, and she anticipated our needs before we even asked. We will definitely be back another time! Thank you, Ladies, for an AMAZING day out!!

I personally think you should get 2 choices with your meal without having to pay extra for it. Such as salad. Like it used to be a few years back.

Visited 3/1/24 piqua OH. There is a mall there and there was a car show going on. The car show made that area of town super busy! Red lobster was jam-packed! Had to wait 35 minutes for a table for 2! Got seated and there were at least 20 plus seats open and available. So I'm going to guess that they didn't have enough staff to run the restaurant. Put our order in and waited at least an hour to get our food! Aboustly ridiculous! Was there for at least 2 and a half hours total!!

Ordered online, to be ready 522. Called 527 from lot, they said 5-10 more minutes. Tried calling again @ 546 and was told it would be even longer. Had to cancel & left with no dinner.
