Everytime I get coffee and order a venti they don’t put in at LEAST 6 ounces of my coffee , if your coffee sucks at least give me all of it if I’m still spending the same price based on quality why dont I have to pay less for quantity ? Thought that’s why there were different sizes call me crazy

The last few times I’ve been in this in-store kiosk, their pastry selections have been slim to none. The other brick & mortar store across town is usually well stocked. Nice enough employees, good coffee, but why no pastries ??

The blonde working the drive thru window this morning (Nov 1st,) was fabulous! I've worked in customer service my whole life and she nailed it! It was my first time ever at Starbucks and I will definitely be back!

I got sick from eating here. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. I couldn’t eat it all. I ate about half my food. Then I couldn’t eat the rest of the food. I vomited the food around 11pm. I felt sick all day. The store is always clean when I go in. I hope employees are washing hands and properly handling food because this ruined my entire day.
Really friendly staff, I wish they had mobile ordering but they are in the process of working on that. Always nice to see they are staffed. They were supposed to be open New Year’s Day, and I called to verify with Kroger and then I got there and they were closed… sign said they were supposed to be open, I assume they have trouble with workers coming in as every other place right now.

Where's Starbucks I've ever been to. Ordered at the counter, waited 35 minutes for my drink only to be told, oh yeah, they're 35 minutes behind. Might want to tell somebody that when they're ordering that they won't get their coffee for a half an hour

Went here. Ordered one white hot chocolate and one peppermint white hot chocolate. Didn’t taste the drink until home because we had bought ice cream while shopping and was in a hurry. They gave us coffee for both. I don’t know how you mess that up. The lady who took our order was super rude. Also- they underfilled the cups at that.
