My drink tasted disgusting. Was darker than usual and 90% whipcream. I will stick with the Kroger location. They know how to properly make a drink.

Terrible customer service, they don't know that the customer comes first and if they gave me something wrong I would change it because I paid for what I ordered. They shouldn't be bothered if they ask them to change something and when I gave me the frappe they threw it on the counter and it almost fell over.

Ordered 2 coffees, 2 egg bites, 2 muffins. Took over 20 minutes. Wasn't that busy. Terrible service.

Alexis L. was the barrista that handled my large order. She was very professional and even handled my last minute order change with a smile. Glad she repeated my order back cause I almost brought in the wrong drink orders to my work. This store is very convenient and shows! I will continue my business there.

Everybody likes their coffee different and that's fine some like it sweet some prefer more bitter coffee I do not mind just ordering extra sweetener in my coffee. I keep ordering more and more pumps of syrup and every single time I order it tastes absolutely disgusting. I come home and I add tons of milk and sugar to make it drinkable it's ridiculous how bitter it is even after I add double the syrup that comes in the drink.

Drive thru is incredibly slow. Only take orders one car at a time. Only one car at the window at a time I’m assuming to make their line times look faster to management. Been here multiple times and it’s always the same. Never seen a Starbucks run so terribly. Won’t be back.

Easy to order from the app

Just go across the street to Winans and support a local business! Super long wait times at Starbucks and their coffee taste like sugar. If you want coffee that actually taste good and like coffee and not like a bag of sugar was just dumped in the cup, Winans is the best around!
