there were only 3 employees and they were clearly prioritizing the drive-thru. I waited in line with a group of other customers and the employees didn't say a word to any of us. after waiting a while, I just left.

The Starbucks on Looney Rd in Piqua is simply the Best! Fast, efficient, friendly! We love the staff! Never had bad service there!

I lost my phone as I was traveling. I called and all the workers were very sweet. I left my phone in the restroom. They saved my phone and I had to travel two hours to pick it up. They were very kind and helpful in helping me get my phone back. I would like to say thank you to such a great Starbucks! Plus my latte mocha taste awesome!

Horrible .. don’t waste your time they shouldn’t even be called a Starbucks your drinks are never correct. If you order them they’re half full a lot of the time they should be ashamed of themselves Whoever the manager is needs to be spoken to from franchise this Starbucks is absolutely horrible.

Placed a mobile order 10min ahead of time. Was inside waiting with 6 other people for over 15min, most of whom were there before me, when finally one of the workers told us their mobile order was down and they didn’t have any of our orders.Got my order 30min after my projected pick-up time. The most annoying part was 5 different workers saw us all sitting there waiting and said nothing that whole time.Aaaaand hubby’s blonde roast was definitely dark. ?‍♀️

They shorted us a croissant and the young lady we asked about it was very rude and acted like we were trying to steal a ham and cheese croissant. We explained that we were on the way to our mom's funeral and she was still rude and walked away. Another young lady went and got our croissant. We did not appreciate being treated that way.

The LAST time I purchased a drink from this location they wound up dumping it in the sink in front of me, and refunding my money. I have ordered the same custom drink for YEARS and have continued to do so at every location around since without issue. It is not too much to ask for ALL of the liquid that you pay for when adding and paying for extra espresso shots. I will continue to make that drive to Troy if you want GOOD Starbucks, but save yourself and head over to Troy.

Nice people, great app, BUT… they don’t have ingredients to make some of their basic drinks. They don’t have on honey mixture for the Honey Citrus Tea and are frequently out of ingredients for Pink Drink.

This Starbucks is HORRIBLE took me 22 mins to get one drink a peppermint mocha frap ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. The girl was polite but they have absolutely no sense of urgency it’s ridiculous Starbucks should be ashamed

Easy in. Easy out. Super clean and large. Quick service. Bright interior. Happy employees. Left a mere dollar tip in the jar and they were appreciative! Ohio has happy workers and the cleanest bathrooms. Why? Something to ponder.
