I spend alot of money at this restaurant and always have a great and pleasant experience till yesterday Feb 22nd, I was having a gender reveal party and came here and ordered 12 footling subs, the gentleman at the counter was great but the lady working with him was very rude, I could hear her complaining sarcastically to other customers about my ordering 12 subs I was pinched on time to go anywhere else and I went ahead and got my subs but this restaurant just lost a frequent customer I won't be returning there!!!!!

Amy Mccoy is amazing she did a great job. She made what another store messed up on correct for me. Always professional and always smiling when I come in. Recommend this place when she's working it.

Sunday was the worst experience at this subway. Ordered online and our subs were made totally wrong. Wrong bread, wrong meat and wrong toppings. I wouldn't be so upset except this makes the THIRD time this has happened. And I even gave a good tip !! You had 3 employees working , all 3 were high and THAT'S what the issue is.

Usually have nothing but good experiences here vs the other local subways but today I didn’t understand, that because I’m using a coupon, the way my sandwich is made had to be changed…that doesn’t make any sense because I didn’t add anything extra but they took away the double cheese which is the way the sandwich comes! Said because I’m using a coupon it doesn’t come like that and I have to pay extra hmm…OKAY!! Never had that issue before today. And to tell a customer that you just started taking coupons again when I have been using coupons there for SEVERAL months now, doesn’t justify charging me extra for making the sandwich like is supposed to be made! At the end of it, I wasn’t charge but still didn’t make any sense.

Ordered online. WHO doesn't heat the roast beef for cheese steak sandwich?? Apparently, they have to be told every little thing to do. No mayonnaise on the sandwich that I DID order on it but I got Olives I didn't order on it. Won't go back there again. What a waste!!!

I had the tuna sub and it was bad. In the bathroom all night. I ordered 2 but had to throw out one and a half of them. Won't be returning.

Covington avenue in piqua ohio. I don't put bad reviews until I've had repeated negative experiences with the same specific restaurant. This subway just keeps screwing up. Obvious communication issues and issues with balancing online orders and instore orders. Don't go to this subway it's not worth it. Picked up my order with my name on the receipt stapled to the bag of subs and it was an entirely different order.

If you order here I would recommend going inside, if you order online they WILL mess up your order, it never fails. I wasn't going to say anything but the last 6 times (literally) I have ordered from this location something is wrong. Sandwich isn't toasted, bacon isn't cooked all the way, forgotten toppings, wrong sandwich all together, etc. The quality of the food is fine, just don't order online

Went in to subway at the piqua covington Avenue location on June 8, 2023. I brought my coupons to pick up several subs. Upon getting in line this particular restuarnt informs me that the coupons can only be redeemed on a small selection of the subs not as the coupon states. The coupon states wraps, mexicali, the monster, and the turkey Cali. The coupon also states redeemable at participating us restuarants, this location decided they did not want to participate, also after seeing my coupons the demeanor of the staffing towards me was differnt.

I got called a lier by 2 different employees, at this location, I ordered a power bowl that was supposed to have turkey and ham and I paid extra for pepperoni, well it came meatless and when I called the 1st employee said " I don't think we did that" And the second one told me I had to bring the salad and receipt and show proof I didn't take the meat off, when I asked for a corporate number I was told they don't keep that number at the store. I won't be ordering from them EVER again, they need to be retrained and learn customer service!
