Covington avenue in piqua ohio. I don't put bad reviews until I've had repeated negative experiences with the same specific restaurant. This subway just keeps screwing up. Obvious communication issues and issues with balancing online orders and instore orders. Don't go to this subway it's not worth it. Picked up my order with my name on the receipt stapled to the bag of subs and it was an entirely different order.

Went in to subway at the piqua covington Avenue location on June 8, 2023. I brought my coupons to pick up several subs. Upon getting in line this particular restuarnt informs me that the coupons can only be redeemed on a small selection of the subs not as the coupon states. The coupon states wraps, mexicali, the monster, and the turkey Cali. The coupon also states redeemable at participating us restuarants, this location decided they did not want to participate, also after seeing my coupons the demeanor of the staffing towards me was differnt.

If you order here I would recommend going inside, if you order online they WILL mess up your order, it never fails. I wasn't going to say anything but the last 6 times (literally) I have ordered from this location something is wrong. Sandwich isn't toasted, bacon isn't cooked all the way, forgotten toppings, wrong sandwich all together, etc. The quality of the food is fine, just don't order online

I got called a lier by 2 different employees, at this location, I ordered a power bowl that was supposed to have turkey and ham and I paid extra for pepperoni, well it came meatless and when I called the 1st employee said " I don't think we did that" And the second one told me I had to bring the salad and receipt and show proof I didn't take the meat off, when I asked for a corporate number I was told they don't keep that number at the store. I won't be ordering from them EVER again, they need to be retrained and learn customer service!
