My order is ALWAYS messed up from this location. Half the time they don’t even put meat or chicken on my tacos. I don’t know how hard it is to put meat into a taco but apparently it must be difficult. If you order from here, check your food in the store or drive thru before you leave.

Got food from drive thru and worker picked up ice with bare hands and tried serving it to us. After complaining he put on gloves then went to machine out of view in dining area and came back with what appears to be the same cup. He had told the guy bringing food up too so he put gloves on too...ugh.

I’ve had it with both Taco Bell’s in Piqua Ohio. Ordered a Chicken Bowl tonight after work and got home to no chicken. Just some old dried out rice with a bunch of condiments/ bullshit in a bowl. Brandon is a HORRIBLE MANAGER because he was the one who handed me my order. You charge a premium price for that you not only didn’t give to me after I paid but the food is not eatable. Cash my back my money and I will never be back. You just lost yet another customer!

My Crunchwrap was literally lettuce, and tomato, with a sprinkle of meat… My potatoes were supposed to be no sour cream, you can tell they put it on there and scraped it off… The chicken nuggets were just gross.
