I over heard the manager Cody speaking very rudely to a female worker that was in the window and it made me sick that’s not how a manager speaks to the employees, I will be making a formal complaint to corporate and I will also be making a post on the piqua city pages(pictures of CODY THE MANAGER) will be present to be viewed. Maybe the buisness owner should ask why he has his boyfriend and ex boyfriend coming in and getting free food while he’s working.

Taco bell keeps removing the only good things on the menu, making everything more expensive and making the most garbage over priced slop for their new menus.

I go into the Taco Bell location. I go use the restroom. I come back out and I stand at the front of the line. The entire store was empty and the employees were cleaning and sweeping and getting stuff, cleaned and prepared to close for the night when they don't close until 2 Am. And this was at 11:45. P m one of the girls whose name was Heidi, I believe she said after she looked at me, oh well, I'm not doing it mean mugged me and then turned her back and walked towards the back pretty much insinuating that she did not want to take my order. And then the lady who was sweeping the floor who was a skinnier, younger girl. She said, every time I work with you Heidi, there's always a problem with you. This is customer service, if you don't like your job, then you need to quit your job and then they were arguing in the back saying how that they're tired that they had to pick up the slack after other people and every time that she works with Heidi, and they were just going back-and-forth. And back-and-forth while I just stood there so I walked a little over to the counter for where the pickup is, and I put my hands-on the counter, and I said, you know what I won't even order here since it's such a big deal. If you guys take a 3 taco order for me. And for my 2 kids in the car, don't even worry about it. I'll be called incorporate. They were almost in a fist fight in the back of the store. $40 at taco bell? 3 people, you have to be tech savvy just to order your own food, and then you have to fill your drinks and get back up to get your food at the counter! This is what $15 an hour buys? Outrageous!!!

Me and my family just ate here. We walk in and this teenage shift maneger if throwing a fit screaming about another employee. So hostile even when entering. The food was something. The chalips was dry stale. The tacos where tacos. The maneger (the same one screaming) had this one employee bless him do most of everything. Only one seemed professional. One employee helped us order on the machine and put in a large order but had no large drink cups. So why not tell us that we would have bought medium meals. The bathroom floors slick with grease. I normally dont make reviews to often but this was atrocious. Give the one good employee a raise he needs it.

Anything you buy from here will be made with 1/2 or less the normal amount of ingredients. A 6$ cheesy gordita crunch is literally 1/2 the size here. It's mostly empty.

My wife's nachos came with a free hair ball.

Placed an online order (for counter pick up) in the parking lot and went inside. As I approached the counter area for pick up, I noticed the Mobile Order shelf is sitting in the back by drive thru.

I stood there about 5 minutes before the drive-thru worker came to the counter. I told her I had two vouchers I needed to use plus I had an online pick up. She asked me to hold on that she would be right back.

After a few minutes, my mobile orders were placed on the self near drive thru. I waited nearly 10 minutes for the worker to come back over. She gave me the food but no drink/cup. I asked about the voucher order and was told her manager has to do that, but she is in a hurry. I then stated that I had been in the lobby nearly 20 minutes, that I, too, was in a hurry. A manager never came out, but my voucher order was filled. I again had to ask for my drink.

By the time I finally got my order and had gotten a chance to sit down, my mobile order was cold.

I will not return to this location!

Idiots had 2 chances to fix one problem we ordered 9 things all without sour cream and tomatoes got 4 things the 1st time all wrong 8 the next all wrong hire ppl that can read idiots

The employees had to ask what I ordered and when I told them, they still gave me the wrong tacos. I was supposed to get 4 taco supremes without lettuce and I ended up with 4 tacos, no sour cream, lettuce or tomatoes. My chicken quesadilla was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it.

Lobby was closed at 6:39 PM so they don’t need anybody’s business. Multiple people wanting to get multiple orders of food don’t come here.
