The guy in front of us waited an hour. We waited a half an hour in the lobby after placing our order on the kiosk. NOBODY came to greet or talk to any of us. Nobody started our order.. nothing. The gentlemen that was before us, and us both selected to pay cash after using the kiosk. Since nobody acknowledged us, and finished our transaction, the orders didn’t come through. Finally someone came to stock something up front and we confronted them. Crazy. Everyone there was old enough to know better too. 0/10. Customer service is dead.

Go to a real Mexican restaurant you can get queso covered steak with peppers and onions for the same price and they won't screw your order up every time. Taco bell is shit.

This is the third time I have went to this Taco Bell an ordered food that that they messed up. The receipt shows it right they gave me the wrong food multiple times and I will never return to this Taco Bell because the people who work here are incompetent and they are ignorant.
