This Tim Hortons has gone down hill especially since that red headed lady Manager started, she doesn't ever hold up the apps offers and always cuts me off whenever I bring anything up about it being incorrect.... Very frustrating

This tim Hortons has gone downhill I go here everyday my coffees are never rite anymore no workers bad attitudes it's not a hard job but this restaurant needs shut down I just got coffee with chunky creamer they could careless about the customers I've called corporate nobody cares so we as customers need to stop spending money here

Great job today guys! The pregnant lady at the window was awesome! My coffee was great tasting and fast! I always have a great experience at Tim Hortons in Piqua, Oh
Ordered 2 40pc assorted tim bits. Received all chocolate an plain with 3 sprinkled ones. That cost an awful lot for them to do that. And the person at the window slamming everything down. Not sure why. Our order was simple, no extras or anything.

It is 4:39pm there is a worker inside and a customer inside. We are waiting at the speaker to order, they are staring through their window ahead and move away when we pull up to it thinking maybe the speaker is broke, and of course they hide. We Go to the door and see the customer inside, And they have the doors locked. I completely get if your short staffed but to ignore your customers, hideout when they come to the window we seen you look through, when a simple sorry we’re closing/closed would have worked. Is very unprofessional.This store is ridiculous. It’s always shut down at random times. And the workers are rude.

Absolutely horrible! Pulled up to the speaker to take my order at 4:53, they closed at 5 and never took my order. Drove around to the front and the employees were standing there talking. Won’t ever be back to this location

Coffee is always nasty and bitter never made correctly. My sandwich was missing an egg. If you want some Tim's just go to sidney it's worth the drive their employees actually make everything right.
