Ordered 2 40pc assorted tim bits. Received all chocolate an plain with 3 sprinkled ones. That cost an awful lot for them to do that. And the person at the window slamming everything down. Not sure why. Our order was simple, no extras or anything.
Generally gets food wrong. Closes all the time, takes forever. Worst Tim Hortons ever

It is 4:39pm there is a worker inside and a customer inside. We are waiting at the speaker to order, they are staring through their window ahead and move away when we pull up to it thinking maybe the speaker is broke, and of course they hide. We Go to the door and see the customer inside, And they have the doors locked. I completely get if your short staffed but to ignore your customers, hideout when they come to the window we seen you look through, when a simple sorry we’re closing/closed would have worked. Is very unprofessional.This store is ridiculous. It’s always shut down at random times. And the workers are rude.
Absolutely horrible! Pulled up to the speaker to take my order at 4:53, they closed at 5 and never took my order. Drove around to the front and the employees were standing there talking. Won’t ever be back to this location
Coffee is always nasty and bitter never made correctly. My sandwich was missing an egg. If you want some Tim's just go to sidney it's worth the drive their employees actually make everything right.

Went through the drive though was in a hurry brought my bagel home there was no cream cheese on it brought I back asked for a remake the young blonde women was so kind taking it back and there was another dark haired young women said I didn’t make that she said what’s wrong with it and the young blonde women said ok but I need a plain bagel with cream cheese then the young dark haired girl made my bagel and I left

After a long night at work, I picked up my son from his moms, we ended up stopping at the Piqua Tim Hortons for alittle breakfast on the way home. The young gentleman that waited on us, I believe his name was Dustin or Justin. He was very professional, polite and courteous. The donuts and bagel we ordered was fresh and very delicious. Thank you sir for a great morning experience at the Piqua store.

I am not usually one to leave a review but this is ridiculous. We went through the drive through and the worker was extremely rude over the speaker. We ordered 2 coffees which were made wrong. Then we brought the coffees inside and they refused to remake them. Lastly, we asked for a refund but they didn’t know how to correctly do it. Thanks a lot, I won’t be coming back here :)

If I could do 0 I would the manager called my wife a liar witch is insane she had a nasty attitude and refused to correct the situation never returning here again why spend your hard earned money to not get what you asked for and deal with someone's nasty attitude I'll pass
