I must say Dylan and Trent have always given excellent service and coffee! I'm here every day, and they even made sure to remember my birthday when I came through! That's real customer service!
This tim Hortons has gone downhill I go here everyday my coffees are never rite anymore no workers bad attitudes it's not a hard job but this restaurant needs shut down I just got coffee with chunky creamer they could careless about the customers I've called corporate nobody cares so we as customers need to stop spending money here
After a long night at work, I picked up my son from his moms, we ended up stopping at the Piqua Tim Hortons for alittle breakfast on the way home. The young gentleman that waited on us, I believe his name was Dustin or Justin. He was very professional, polite and courteous. The donuts and bagel we ordered was fresh and very delicious. Thank you sir for a great morning experience at the Piqua store.
