Highly upsetting! The mornings I get off work at 930am, I always go through Wendy’s for my favorite Brkfst sandwich (maple bacon chicken croissant). I got held up this morning & didn’t get to pull into drive thru until 10:34am, breakfast ends at 10:30am! I managed a Wendy’s in another town for years so I know very well it wouldn’t have taken them any effort to make the sandwich. But instead they completely turn me down. No cars behind me, only one in front. They weren’t busy. I even asked for just the chicken & bacon & NOPE. Wendy’s WAS my favorite. But if a regular means so little, unlike how I treated those I served, then you aren’t in the right business. The 10 minutes of peace I get, sitting in my vehicle eating my favorite food is the highlight of my day. You just took that from me. I take care of the elderly & if I could have made it 5 minutes sooner I would have have, this fr ruined my fondness for Wendy’s in Piqua. The blonde I usually see at the window is the only person who ever smiles, so she’s cool!

Had the 2 for 7 going on. Ordered 2 spicy chickens which was one of the items. Also got a single and 10 nuggets,also items for the deal. Got charged full price for them all. Got up to window and asked if they were still doing deal? Yes we are was reply. Said I was charged full price. Reply was i Had to tell them I wanted the two for 7 deal. Ripped for extra 10 bucks.

Used to love this place but will never go back and will let all family and friends know not to go back. Jen needs to learn to keep her mouth shut wants to talk bad about a customer who has no idea who she is. Then she wants to say she got them confused with someone else. Maybe if employees who work nights weren't busy getting high in the parking lot the food at night would be better.

I ordered the Asiago chicken ranch with no ranch ad onion mayo pickle I got no bacon no cheese no tomato no lettuce at all. I put in comment no ice and a few extra crackers I got 3 crackers for 2 chillis no few extra crackers an a crap load of ice this is insane
