Coffee on the shelf is seriously outdated. I was unable to exchange it because the employee said that her manager would not let her though I have exchanged old beans before . At $ 17 to $ 18 for 12 oz. That is really unacceptable .and also my order was incorrect and when I picked up my blackberries they were not the right ones. I already put an email in but nobody answered me after more than a week. So now I guess I have to give you a bad review. Maybe you will read it. Maybe you won't.

Today was my first time getting a drink a Winans and it was great, I'll be going back! The staff was also wonderful, Lillian waited on me and she was sweat and very helpful!

Even though it's not on their drink menu, I asked if they could make me a London Fog. They said they would, and a very good drink was made. I will stop there at the Piqua location when I can.
Only place around that still had eggnog latte.
