Always friendly service. My favorite drinks are Karamel Kiss and frozen hot chocolate. The milk chocolate buttercreams and the caramels are really good.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Went here to kill time during my daughter’s soccer practices. Super friendly staff and I loved how they offer many of the syrups in a sugar free version.

Winans use to be an amazing place to go and get coffee chocolate but over the last couple years it’s has went down hill, coffee taste different each time, hate looking into the factory as the employees never look happy to be at work, very disappointing.

Went get drink this is what I was handed when try explain them this is not even full the young lady ignored me and started talking to another customer . The drink does not taste like a buckeye frappe at all . It doesn’t even look like one .. wasted my money and worst part is they ignored me as I was trying get the drink I paid for
