Took about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and the one barista had the worst attitude. Gross

Was my favorite place to stop and get coffee when I lived in Ohio and it’s my favorite place to order coffee from now that I’m in Oregon. Long distance customer 🫶 Highly recommend the buckeye blend.

Coffee on the shelf is seriously outdated. I was unable to exchange it because the employee said that her manager would not let her though I have exchanged old beans before . At $ 17 to $ 18 for 12 oz. That is really unacceptable .and also my order was incorrect and when I picked up my blackberries they were not the right ones. I already put an email in but nobody answered me after more than a week. So now I guess I have to give you a bad review. Maybe you will read it. Maybe you won't.

Even though it's not on their drink menu, I asked if they could make me a London Fog. They said they would, and a very good drink was made. I will stop there at the Piqua location when I can.

I was a faithful customer to the store and came at least 3 times a week. I received my latte today with no espresso. It was flavored oat milk, which I paid extra for. I called and explained and the manager said, “the barista said she added the espresso and we can’t just remake a drink, we will check the cameras.” Maybe I’m just old school but to round about call me a liar was a smack in the face when I spend roughly $30 a week and also tip every time for overpriced coffee that could be remade 3 times over and still make profit. I responded with, “No need, I won’t be returning.” Which she responded, “okay thanks have a great day!” It’s sad because I used to work there and the policy was the customer is always right, within reason. And I have never complained about my coffee before and rarely ever to any place so this upset me big. Especially since I didn’t get my coffee today. 😅

I would have never mentioned the negative experience I had if I had not heard the girls working on 2/25/2024 complaining about the heavier than normal business on a Sunday. The girl Paige complained “isn’t it Sunday?” Was muttered to her coworker while the lobby filled with customers to make their paychecks. To me, it was unprofessional and they gave off very unpleasant vibes as neither of them offered or suggest their favorite chocolates to new customer nor did they greet anyone. The look on their faces was enough to show the disgruntled and annoyance they felt even being there. So while the coffee and chocolate was delicious the customer service was a total fail. Do better on your Sunday Staff Winans. No one wants to come in on a beautiful sunny day to a drag of service.
