Always good coffee and great customer service. The only negative I can share is the new iced coffee lids. The straw hole is too small, cutting the straw in half and the sippy part is too big, so your drink drips everywhere.

Review is based on prices Love that your customers get to pay for your projects and new stores. Could have at least showed some appreciation for your baristas but guess they don’t matter just like your regulars don’t matter. $1 price jump for a drink, is ridiculous and you should not take pride that! You have fallen into the “ we had too because of everything going up” AND THAT WAS YOUR ANSWER ALong WITH LABOR COST BUT YOU DID NOTHING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES EXCEPT MANDATORY MINIMUM WAGE CHANGE!! Raising prices because of cost of ingredients is false in your situation…when one generation gets old and another generation takes over, everything changes and excuses are made to justify the changes! Winans is no longer my happy place anymore and thats sad to say because you were my daily pick me up a positive comforting daily thing! Now maybe a once a week thing and not too much excitement about it. A little bit of hatred towards your greediness!
I wouldn’t think you would want to be compared to Starbucks with as much as you dislike them as your competitors but you definitely are now with prices and prices only

Ordered a frappe and they didn't bother to put in any coffee or flavoring. I did not order a milkshake I ordered a frappe. The ridiculousness of them providing a product without coffee or the flavoring you requested is insane. I stopped going to Winans before because of consistency issues even though I love their products but if you can't train your people to do the job then I'll go somewhere else.
This is the best Winans. Classic coffeehouse atmosphere for those who need a space to work or visit with a small group of friends. Attentive baristas who deliver friendly and efficient service. They can get you in and out in a hurry, but the environment is welcoming enough you may want to stick around awhile. It’s pretty good.
Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with two other businesses—sometimes the drive thru line makes navigating tricky, but I’ve always been able to find a spot.
