I stop almost everyday for a coffee. The atmosphere has definitely changed for the better recently. This is definitely a high turnover store but the core employees handle the show very well! Been going to this location for many many years, keep up the good work!

12000 stars for Lisa, Kayde, and Kamari!!!! We had the BEST most joyful stop on our morning walk today and everyone was so kind and helpful. Absolutely absolutely loved it here and will be back tomorrow. The eggnog latte is TO DIE FOR !

I ordered a hot caramel kiss with half the espresso. Once I was able to actually taste it, after it cooled down, I had already left Piqua. I tasted it and realized that they used decaf instead of doing half espresso and it did not taste like it had any kind of flavoring in it. I could not drink it, it is still sitting full in the backseat cup holder. I called and talked to the girl who took my order, she also said she was manager, she said she remembers taking my order, and when you say half the espresso, usually people mean they want decaf, so she assumed and made it that way. (That is news to me because I order it like that all the time and most of the time it's correct. In the event someone assumes they usually ask to clarify.) She did say she would remake it if I came back into town, but at that point she had already told me that it was my fault because I had ordered it wrong, so I didn't care to have any other interaction with her. They did have really cool chairs in there though. :)

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Winans. If I could give a 0/5 review I would but the minimum I can do is 1. The workers (one had glasses on) were incompetent and got the order wrong twice and so we had pay twice. The drinks are already overpriced so it’s ridiculous that they messed it up twice after repeating back the order to us. All 3 smoothies were completely watered down and not frozen AT ALL and were completely white in color and so we had to taste them to figure out what flavor because the mango and strawberry banana. One of the cups was broken and we had to cover the bottom with tissues. Honestly the worst experience and would not recommend this location especially if these people are working. Very disappointed because I used to love Winans.

I come to this location often, it's always a plus to order through the drive thru or swing by to grab a mobile order. I never really had any issues except for one time but it was quickly handled(happened about a year ago so been awhile). The staff is friendly and helpful. The iced karmel kiss is my favorite and go to drink. I come to this location weekly.

Always good coffee and great customer service. The only negative I can share is the new iced coffee lids. The straw hole is too small, cutting the straw in half and the sippy part is too big, so your drink drips everywhere.
