My waitress Julia P was simply amazing. She was attentive, kind and very engaged. My order was prompt, accurate. She took service with a smile to a whole new level. It is refreshing to see someone who enjoys providing customer service (excellent customer service at that!) to her customers. The overall experience was wonderful. Because of Julia P, I'll be back!!!

Ribs tasted freezer burnt and i sent them back, told them I'd rather not have a replacement. However, even though the food wasn't as expected the Service was amazing and the manager was very courteous as well. Overall good place and let's face it every kitchen has off days here n there. Would still recommend, but maybe not the ribs

We ordered a pizza with half green olives, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. We received black olives. We sent it back then we received green olives on the whole pizza and no mushrooms. At this point we waited so long and had to play seek and find the olives and pick them off the half of the pizza. It would've been nice to have our mushrooms as well.

First time visiting 161 location (Tuesday lunch, not on patio) Alyssa was sincere & attentive - rec’d her fav menu items. My pizza was delicious, terrific large atmosphere plenty of seating and signature drinks/dishes. Would bring my friends and family here for sure!

The bartender was abusive with kindness. It was fake and off putting. I ordered a fish sandwich and arnold palmer. I've eaten more flavorful communion wafers. I will not return.
Place is kind of loud and smells of stale beer as you walk in. Waitress screwed up our order and was kind of rude about it when we questioned it. Pizza was average at best. Pretzels were good if I had to find something positive.

I came in for a pick-up order around noon after reading a sign directing me inside; I was ignored and then got blank stares before I finally become irritated enough to say Hello? I’m here for a pickup order?” I understand people might be busy, but how about some form of acknowledgment like “Hi, just a second please” or “Welcome to Beer Barrel, we’ll be right with you.” instead of ignoring customers.

I have food allergies and really don't eat many places but when I find a place that is good I am grateful. Unfortunately beer barrel is not this. I have ordered GF pizza with no cheese and every time it has cheese (I have a severe dairy allergy) and they have to remake it (which I appreciate but shouid have been done right the first time) Last time I ordered it looked like the cheese was just pulled off. There were pieces of cheese all over the pizza. For how much they charge for their GF pizza it's not worth it. This is the 4th time they have messed the order up. I am not sure they care. So if you have allergies beware. I wouod suggest not eating there. If you don't have allergies I have heard their food tastes great.

The food that I tasted from our group was all good. My only suggestion would be for the fries to have more seasoning on them. I do understand some people require less salt in their diet, so maybe offer the option of seasoned fries? Our service was great from the time we walked in until we left.
