I love the food. The service not so much. No one smiles, thank you, offers something for anything. Its like they force them to work there. I typically get my food and leave, but it would be nice to get a smile or a kind gesture. To me is important!!

My daughter would come here for every single meal if she could. She has celiac disease and since everything is Gluten Free, this is the best, fast casual, option. Portions are large and toppings are plentiful so, you really can’t go wrong with Bibibop!

I had an issue with my DoorDash order where the lid was off and the bag wasn’t sealed. I called the store, and the manager personally delivered a replacement meal—really went above and beyond. Great customer service and a quick response!

Payed $15 for a bowl and they gave me no rice. Bowl isn’t even half way full, the serving size wouldn’t be adequate for an infant. Waste of money and just disappointing service wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’d like to actually fill your stomach. Edit: took me 5 bites to finish, the only way I can express my anger is when you make a joke and someone else repeats it louder and everyone laughs. I am enraged.
