It was fun to eat here for the first time. I think It's safe to call it a Korean-fusion fast food restaurant. It's akin to Chipotle in a sense you create your own mix of wrap or bowl. You can also order preset menu items. The ingredients are fresh. I do believe the combination of ingredients are almost limitless. There are enough vegetarian options for those who don't want any animal protein. Just like any other fast food eateries, there is no table service. You might enjoy complimentary miso soup with your food. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. If you ever decide to come here ask for Charlie. He is one of the most whole some guy I’ve met in the food industry. Ask for him and I promise you will not regret it.

It's basically Asian Chipotle. Creative flavors. I liked that. Leans a little toward Thai flavor. It was good, and I would get it again.
I frequent the Sawmill road location and am usually more than satisfied with their food and portions. Today I stopped into the Plain City location since I was doing some shopping in the area. I ordered pickup and I was shocked how skimpy of a portion my bowl had. Normally I can't finish a small bowl, and I'm still hungry. The chicken was dry and gristly and the food just didn't taste right, like they had forgotten some seasoning. I will never come to this location again.

Placed a large group order today. Every single bowl was missing something or had something added to them. One bowl was missing completely & we didn’t realize until we were back to our office. Several food allergies/sensitivity to be aware of in my group & it was just a mess. Staff was not very kind either when we came to retrieve the order. I understand everywhere is short staffed at the moment, but it’s all right there in front of you on the screen…… not sure why that is so difficult. Will spend our money elsewhere next time.
