I have been to several city BBQ in the Columbus Area. The location in plain city was efficient, friendly , and very helpful . I appreciate Taylor I noticed how she went to every table and asked if there was anything that each customer needed. This is very rare to see in today’s customer service and I appreciate her warm welcoming and friendliness.

Thank you to the sweet lady in the drive thru! I came in today around 3 to grab my wife a pulled pork sandwich, friendly lady delivered it to me with a smile! It’s nice to see lovely people working in food service again.

So I don't frequent this place a lot but I have had their food My stepdaughter actually works there and she does a great job The food is pretty damn good I'm about the only complaint I might have would be they are pretty busy but if you like good barbecue and some pretty good people to help you there this is the place to stop at
