i went to the Deli to buy some chicken, and ERIC was one the employees very helpful and i definitely feel like he went above and beyond for me with helping out with questions and showing me where to go in the store.
real deal has to be one the best employees that is working there.

There are 3 warehouses in Columbus, but I’ve been to this one in Plain City 3 times so far within a year and it’s my favorite when I visit on vacation. It’s big, clean and full of helpful employees. I really enjoyed Stephanie at the Membership Desk yesterday. She helped me to check if a specific item was in stock. Super friendly staff!

I like the products and the place is clean. Have met a few sales people who were friendly. But we are uncomfortable with the mask requirement and how comfortable a few cashiers are with lording power they seem to believe they possess. After “two weeks to flatten the curve” my mask is so stretched out that it slips partly below my nose. Today the cashier in Powell Ohio, from behind her plexiglass barrier and several feet away, asked me to adjust it. Uuuugh! Please stop harassing people and stop wearing masks. I’m tired of the discomfort of being around so many who feel they’re sick and contagious. If you feel that way, please just stay home, employees and shoppers alike.

The lack of signage in aisles and lack of self checkouts make this a casual browsing store and not somewhere you can quickly get in and out of. When I have time to stroll through aisles on a Sunday it's nice, but at 5 PM after working 8 hours I really don't want to stroll to find my stuff.

Worse customer service. Do not have a membership went to ask about one and was treated horribly, the guy at the customer service desk could of cared less if we purchased a membership or not. WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I will continue shopping at Sam’s Club, where they care about the members.

I drive 45 minutes to get there & tonight they wouldn't let me buy 2 packages of burgers. The manager that I talked to, didn't even care. I bought a membership to buy in bulk. Now I can't even do that. So that's enough for me. I'll take my money elsewhere.
