I almost 70..I have enjoyed their big Don subs for years. It was one of the last fast food I would bother to eat. That was until tonight. I ordered two without tomato and dressing on the side. Brought them home for my partner and I. Half way we stopped and and threw the rest out. I don't know what they have done to cheap on ingredients but it's the last one I'll ever buy.

Ordered online for pick up. We ordered one of the deals that was in place for our location and upon receipt and charging my card, we were charged full price for the individual items. Pizza was received at scheduled time for pick up and was cold and tasted like cardboard. Breadsticks were hard, cold and burnt on the bottom. It was a Friday night at roughly 5:30pm. We expected a much better experience considering this specific location hasn’t been open long.
I think this location is relatively new. The inside looked new. Great staff and the pizza was fresh and hot. I will say many of the Donatos locations have gone DOWNhill but this one stands out for being nice.

Just a small detail, my wife ordered light sauce and the pizza we received was a regular amount of sauce. Not trying to be a pain about it, but just trying to make the new business in town better. Will order again, just wanted to mention it. The person I checked out with did say the order right as light sauce, it just wasn’t.

Came in for some food tonight. The service was amazing. You could definitely feel the good vibes in there ! The staff were very friendly.everyone felt like they were having a good time and they didn't seem miserable or make their customers miserable. Didn’t see one employee slacking off or not doing their jobs assigned to them. My pizza was made perfectly well. I haven’t had a good pizza made like that in a while. Definitely will be coming back to the plain city location rather than Hilliard or Columbus !
