Ordered dinner while at the grocery. Meal was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes before it was ready. Staff provided me with a coupon for a free regular sub, I didn't even ask or make a fuss prior, very amazing and appreciated service, will ensure I continue giving my business.
The staff went above and beyond. Tuna was not showing up on the website so we called to see if they offered it. They were out, but offered to go to Kroger’s next door to get the ingredients and put it back up on the site. Problem solved! So appreciative of the extra effort. We’ve been there twice so far since their opening, but will definitely continue to give them our business. Highly recommend due to their customer service.
The staff was pleasant and on task. The manager was a standout. Communicating with staff politely and efficiently. Greeting all customers. Pitching in where needed constantly and keeping the entire kitchen and restaurant spotless. To watch her is inspiring!
