Waited for my order for over 30 mins (literally counted from the receipt…) in drive thru. They brought my 2nd order out (mcflurries) & said the rest of my order (1st order of food on the app) was coming. Waited. Nothing. Went inside. Watched one worker on her phone for about 5 mins before she finally told 2 other workers to help me at the counter (there were also 3 boys in line by me waiting). Time to vent! McDonalds in Plain City... When a customer orders 6 apple pies, and they say "sorry, we only have 5". I said I can wait for them to make me 6. I pull around to the window to pay. The girl running the window was very sweet, ran my card, as she was handing me my receipt and card back. I hear the person in the kitchen yell out " We have 5 pies, tell him to go F'*# himself".
