Who is running this place. The high school kids did a great job, and again the managers dropped the ball. I used the app to order just a fish sandwich. Got to the window, and all stopped. The ladies at the drive thru were very nice. However the drive thru stopped dead for 30 minutes or more. Why order thru the app. Curbside pickup was full, and not moving. Then finally I got my cold fish sandwich.

Probably one of the worst run McDonald's in the entire country. Seriously franchise operator needs to be fired and general manager replaced. It is a horrible experience every single time I go through this drive through. It literally takes 20 to 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Seriously someone needs to overhaul this McDonald's ridiculous.

I had promised my two-year-old granddaughter french fries on Sunday as I was swung through Plain City. I arrived at the McDonald's drive-through at 1045 and pulled up to place my order at 1058. The line sat motionless until nearly 1115. Once my order was placed, I continued sitting in my vehicle until approximately 1130 when I got to the pickup window, where I had to explain to the employee my order and was instructed to pull ahead. I remained there waiting until 1145, when my food was finally delivered at which time I had to remind them They forgot my Diet Coke. I seriously had to wait one hour and three minutes for my meal. I seriously could have driven to Marysville or Dublin's McDonald's and returned to Plain City faster. I will not ever return.

Yay McRib is back right. Well until they sell you a plain one with no sauce on it. How gross is that and what person thought that was how it was supposed to look. How disappointing. And there phones are set to just run the answering machine. Great job
