Order came out wrong, food wrapped and put in upside-down, so spilled all over the bag, taco shells are paper thin and mine was half broken. Horrible experience. Won't return.

I went to this Taco Bell 7490 plain city Ohio and I can’t read and I had to use my phone to read and they were saying anything else like they do and I said give me a minute then out of nowhere she yelled at me ARE YOU DONE and when we pulled up we asked to add on a starry and she said they don’t do that and we confronted her about it and she said she has a problem about it. She said to get her manager and talk about it. and they would say the same thing and also if we had a problem we would have to come inside like we didn’t have a promlem we wanted to add on are drink that’s it

Sloooooooooow . 13 minutes for 2 tacos. Horrible!! Hardly any meat at all in tacos. Will not come back. 2nd time in a row terrible service

I get it’s Taco Bell, but come on. Everything in my bag is room temp, the burritos were ripped and the contents were spilling out in the bag. This isn’t the first time this location provided subpar food, but it will be my last time coming to this location. Can the employees here please just do their jobs half decently?

Worst taco bell. Ordered burrito supremes for the first time in a long while. Only had the beef, beans, and only a little bit of cheese in it. No onions, sour cream, sauce or tomatoes. Plus the wait time with only one car in front was 20 minutes.

Drive through orders continuously are missing items. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time I roll through. The food we get is great however, the employees need some additional training.

I visited the Taco Bell in Plain City, Ohio with my daughter, and we both ordered Cantina Bowls. She ordered the chicken bowl, while I ordered the veggie bowl, which according to Taco Bell’s official menu includes black beans. When my order arrived, the beans were missing. I went up to the counter to ask about it, but the first worker I spoke to immediately refused and said beans were not part of the dish, even though I showed them on the website.

After some back and forth, another worker said they would fix it but told us it would take about 20 minutes just to add beans, which didn’t make sense. We waited, but then the restaurant had issues with its machines and began giving refunds to other customers. Even after nearly 40 minutes, I still hadn’t received the beans.

When I followed up again, they told me to bring back the original bowl, but we had already thrown it away after waiting so long. Eventually, they remade the bowl with beans, but the portion was extremely small.

Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. A simple fix turned into a 40+ minute wait and left us unsatisfied.

Lady working drive through is super rude. Came to pick up a DoorDash that had just been assigned to me and told the speaker I had a DoorDash, couldn’t even get the orders name out of my mouth before the woman behind the speaker tells me it has already been picked up? How did she know when I didn’t even give the name yet? When I asked her about it she said “I’m telling you it was picked up a long time ago and I need you to move so our drive through time doesn’t get messed up”. Like what the heck lady?

They shouldn’t have all teenagers working late-night shifts; they were all rude and unprofessional. William, the guy who took my order on drive thru, was spaced out or something and messed up my order, charging me extra for a drink that should have come with my meal. when I tried to address the issue he just gave vague and confusing responses.
I thought he was working on fixing it, but I have no idea what he was doing.

Then a girl came over and said, “Why is she staring?” with an attitude when I was just waiting for a response from him. That was completely unnecessary. Another girl eventually helped but only refunded the wrong item. By that point, I didn’t want to keep dealing with them, so I just left.

It was my first visit here, and I won’t be coming back. The food portion was also SUPER SMALL. Please just go to a different location. I should’ve looked at reviews first because yes, they WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location used to be decent. Past few times I've been the service has been awful, my $4 burrito has been skimpy beyond belief and I found a few hairs on my food last time. This location needs a complete overhaul or taken out of business
