Great little cafe to meet friends over coffee or latte and lite fare. It can get noisy and cold, but otherwise a great place. Service is fast friendly and warm.

We get take out from Red Hen Cafe fairly often and always enjoy the food. They always get the order right. Yesterday I called to ask to have my burger put on gluten free bread because the online ordering system did not have this as an option. It would be nice to be able to modify the bun option, and it did take multiple calls to reach them but they agreed to make the modification. Overall very happy with red hen!

Honestly it’s delicious
I’d recommend and keep ordering except for the use of potassium bromate 😬 I always believe homemade and local to be healthier, but this is a concerning ingredient to me. I wrestled with their reviews, but I think if anybody makes the same assumption that I do, that homemade is cleaner, they should always read the ingredients. Please reconsider using this very unhealthy ingredient. That is banned in many other countries.
