I don’t reviews places too often, but this place is in need of some help or something.
My girlfriend and I have been through this Tim’s a couple times a week for the last 3 months and only once have they gotten our order right. The staff either isn’t paying attention or doesn’t understand me to the point that I’ve had to repeat myself several times every order.

Was getting my tires replaced at Cosco and walked over to get a coffee and a donut. The older lady was berating a younger kid for no reason and yelling at him in front of us which was super unprofessional. The younger kid was telling her that the water bottles were completely frozen and she still yelled at him to stock it. As someone who works in customer service this is unnecessary and just straight bullying no matter what position you hold in the store. Overall extremely disrespectful staff.

New to the area, been to this place about 10 times now and every time is a horrible experience! My wife asked for more vanilla syrup this morning and the “Manager” yelled “Hey you asked for one pump and that’s all you got!!” Very impatient, they rush you when they are taking your order and not once have I talked to a friendly face at this Tim Hortons. THE ARE HORRIBLE!!

Order 2 regular chocolate dipped and a small Oreo Capp, she gave me and charged a large and gave me 2 cake donuts. when I asked for the regular donuts I wanted she said that I would have to go thru and order again.

For the love of everything holy, do not go inside. It took 15 minutes for us to place our order and another 10 to get our order. We watched several cars get their orders through the drive-thru so obviously that's what they prioritize.

Drive thur order , breakfast bagel sandwich, hash brown and coffee. Food and coffee were cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. Receipt not given, so no way to get refund. For the outrageous prices I expected better quality.

First time at a Tim Horton's, I was pretty disappointed. Food did not live up to the hype. Service was quick though and employees were friendly.

Tim Hortons donuts were better than Krispy and Dunkin. Not getting all options if we go by evening.
This is clearly an issue at this store. Word to the owner, fix the problem instead of referring everyone to the customer care team link. That is useless.
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review for anyone but dang, they have been given so many chances. Every time I come here, the sandwiches are cold, you get a lukewarm egg. The service is mediocre at best, just make food like every other branch and you’ll succeed. I know corporate has training teams, they need to get out here and straighten this place up.
