Awful, wrap was the size of a mini taco. This place has no consistency. I have issues with just about every order (last time forgot the two cookies, this has happened multiple times); you can ask for no tomato or romaine (always looks dirty), still adds it; ask for extra spinach and pay for it, guess what, no spinach. So disappointing because as workers, you should understand that there are people who are on limoted time (i.e.,lunch) etc., they should not have to get to their destination and tear open their wrapped food and discover a quality issue or get miles away and find out items are missing (salad but no fork). I am near the location and it is still an issue to have to return, it is not an easy place to get in and out of. Will likely try another place, I have given this place too many chances. Today it was both of the wraps.

The experience here has gone from disappointing to unacceptable. First, they left the tomatoes off. This time, they left the bacon off the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. We’re eight miles away — we can’t just turn around. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every order to get what they paid for. Do better.

The drive through asked us to hit the green button on the payment scanner and that was a tip of 2$, she said there was no tip added after asking if there was a tip added. And our cheese wasn’t melted!
Best Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've been to (and I've been to many in different states). Staff is friendly, extremely competent, and the smoothies always taste exactly the same as before, no matter who is making them. Five stars for the girls who work here and also the franchise owner who hired them and runs such a well oiled machine!

Tropical is always my go to place every week . And i always go to drive thru . I order same thing almost every time new dragon fruit bowl . And i get it differently made every time . Sometimes they miss coconuts sometime the goji berries and sometime it doesn’t have mangoes . And it happen to multiple time so i would like to request you guys to pay some attention to what you serve .

If you are diabetic and need to ask for no sugar for medical reasons, do not ever go to this location, they will poison you.
