Be aware when you are eating here!! They don’t care at all. I had a piece of plastic in my chicken wrap that cut my mouth. I emailed the manager and they did not respond. So, be careful, specially with children eating from here, otherwise they could unintentionally ingest some plastic with their meal.
Polite staff. Clean restaurant. Correct orders. Same old Wendy's food, served without issue. About as good as it gets for a major chain restaurant location.
I went through the drive thru late one night, and I hate visiting places when they're close to closing because I know they're trying to get everything cleaned up ( i worked fast food I get it ). i was driving to Columbus though a noticed this place was open. My food was given to me quickly and everything was hot and since they were closing soon they upsized my strawberry lemonade at no cost. I was having a hard night and something so small made me so happy, so thank you! :)
Plus, the staff was nice and didn't seem upset I came through close to closing, and they served my food in the drive thru with a smile.
One of the good Wendy's. I've been here a few times and have had friendly service and it is clean
A lady with blond hair and tattoos gave me the wrong order with only 2 other people in the drive through. Horrible service:(

First off— the service was absolutely awful. I was in the drive through with my family, and usually a man with an extremely disrespectful and rude tone takes our order. Also, the food was undercooked.

Have had 2 bad experiences at this location back to back.
The first time involved a leaky sweet tea dispenser that staff did nothing about and led to patrons tracking sticky tea throughout the dining area.
The second was incorrectly made food for one part of the order and cold food for the other half, almost like the nuggets were sitting in the warmer way too long, but not warm. Shriveled lumps of cold centered chicken was not pleasant.

I stopped at this Wendy’s ( 7310 SR-161 W plain city Ohio) to use the restroom and this guy who I assume could be the manager. Was standing outside the woman’s bathroom when I came out. He looked at me and said,” do you know what the sign says and pointed to the woman’s sign on the wall.” I look at him and said excuse me I know what it says.” He then said okay extremely rudely and walked away.” Then as he was walking away he started speaking Spanish to the other employees. First of all I know what I am a woman, why would you assume something g else. You dont know me. I have short hair so you assume something else. Then when I call customer service they hang up. This is flat out ridiculous

Food was not the best, but was okay. Ordered the asaggio chicken sandwich, but it didn't have the sauce on it so it was bland and dry. The fries tasted fresh The manager though deserves one star. He failed to give me a receipt, but I believe I heard somebody call him "John". This is at 7:55 p.m. on Sunday October 20th I pulled up to the window gave him my card, he gave it back to me, he handed me a drink (no words have been spoken yet by him), but there is me saying "thank you" as he's handing me my card and again saying "thank you" when he hands me my drink. Then he hands me my food and says "here you go". So I stopped him and asked him if he was the manager, as he appeared to be by the way he was dressed. And his response was "yes I'm one of them". I then said to him "if you're the manager, why don't you thank people for their business?"and he literally just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. So I said to him "that's awfully rude, don't you think?". And again he's still staring at me, so I just drove away. It's no wonder regular ssociates have no customer service skills half the time, if these are their managers. Do better Wendy's!
